Alastair and Florence look at the human/monster with fear. "W-who are you?" Alastair finally had the guts to speak. The boy seems to be able to grow multiple arms which is very terrifying. "Me? Ohh I'm zak...but I know you you are..Alastair~" Florence whispers to Alastair "how does he know your name?. Do you know him?"
"No I don't.." Alastair says
"Anyways Your sent is wonderful Alastair. I'm assuming your Human. Correct?" Zak says looking at Alastair with a cold serious Look. "U-uhm...yes I am" Alastair says Looking at zak confused.
Zak then laughed like a Psychotic person "Wonderful! You'll taste just fine~" After Zak saying that it made Alastair flinch. "What do you mean..'Taste'?" Florence says Slowly grabbing Alastair's hand "I mean...Eating..him..." Zak says Laughing insanely.
Florence then Grabs Alastair's hand Tightly and says "Run Alastair!" Alastair and Florence Start running Away from Zak. "Ok ok I have no idea who that is or why he wants to eat me but I kinda Understand why no humans are in this forest now!"
"Listen man I grew up in this forest and I didn't know people like him existed!" Florence says running faster "damn kids." Zak makes an angry look and starts chasing them "get back here!".
Alastair and Florence keep running Until they see a bar in the distance "look! A building! Let's go!" Florence says They both run to the bar and close the Doors shut and zak is
Not to be seen. "Ok ok. I have a feeling that this won't be the only time we will see him." Alastair says Looking a Florence "yeah. We better watch out for him" Florence and Alastair look around the bar and it seems that there are elf People Here drinking and talking.
Alastair and Florence see a sign that says 'inn' which is probably meaning its a Hotel as well "well we could stay here for the night. But I don't really have money. Or gold" Alastair says looking at Florence. "it's okay Alastair I'll pay" Alastair and Florence both Get two rooms and agree to wake up early Tomorrow to continue their adventure.
Alastair sits in his room and Pulls out his journal and starts writing "hopefully I get home one day." Alastair puts his book down and goes to bed after this long stressful night.
~Time skip To morning~
Alastair wakes up to the light shining in his room he decides to get up and Fix his hair since he really doesn't Have any clothes to change into he goes to Florence's door and Knocks on her door. "Florence! You awake?" Alastair Says from the other side of the door "Yeah ! Come in!" Alastair Opened the door To see Florence Grabbing Her stuff and her hair in a ponytail.
"Morning Florence" Alastair says rubbing his eyes "good morning! I found something that might help get you home!" Florence says Looking at Alastair with a smile "really?! Show me!" Alastair says To Florence as Florence pulls out a book and shows Alastair A page "this amulet Is something that the humans have been trying to collect in this forest. Maybe it Means it gets them home!" Florence say Closing the book and putting it in her bag
"How do we Even find this amulet?" Florence grabs Alastair and points to a mountain Far far away "there!" Alastair And Florence Agreed to Travel to the mountain They Go downstairs and see the bar Packed with Species Of any kind. They go outside and it was different..."woah..since when was this place a village?!" Alastair says looking at Florence.
"No...idea But According To my map We go this way!" Alastair and Florence started their adventure looking at all the shops and stuff At the town.
