Chapter 4 : Week One (Wednesday)

I giggled softly as I read Roman's text messages for me. After last night's encounter with him, he and I just instantly became close. He makes me feel better about my daughter's health problems and he's always making me smile like a goofball. I know I can't really date the guy since I'm technically married, but my gosh, he makes me feel like I'm the only girl in the world. He may be a big, buff scary-looking guy but he's such a sensitive and thoughtful guy in real life. Honestly, why would his ex-wife divorce him? He's the perfect husband!

"AJ." Brie calls out for the third time.

I looked up at her with a leftover smile, "Yeah?"

"You seem to be more focused on your phone than with this meeting." Dean said, giving me an annoyed look.

"Sorry, it's just that... Roman's making me feel distracted." I giggled, averting my eyes back to my phone.

"Ooh, you sound like your in ecstasy, my dear." Brie said with a giggle.

"What are you talking about, Bella?" I asked.

"He's distracting you with lovey-dovey text messages and you sound so into him." Brie explained, "You like him, don't you?" She stated with a smirk.

I instantly blushed and looked away, "N-no I don't..."

"Yes, you do." Brie said, "You're growing feelings for the Samoan Superman."

"Stop it, Bella." I glared at her, still feeling warmth in my cheeks.

"Just admit it, you like Roman." She's clearly pushing my buttons.

I don't - and never did - like it when people push my buttons like this.. I get angry and irritated easily.

"Just shut up!" I yelled.

"Now girls, calm down..." Dean said, trying to play peacemaker.

"Stop denying." Brie said.

"And stop being such an ignorant bitch!" I yelled, "Why would you care anyway?"

"Because I'm warning you about him." Brie said.

"Warning me about him? Oh come on Brie, it's clear that you like him!" I said.

"What? What the heck are you talking about?" Brie asked.

"It's clear that you're growing feelings for Roman. Why? Because you're pushing my buttons and I'm so irritated by it! You must have some feelings for him since you're too curious if I like him or not." I stated, growing irritated at Brie.

"Why would I have feelings for Roman? I'm already in love with Dean!" Brie said.

"Now girls..." Dean spoke.

"Don't get in between of this!" Brie & I both said at the same tame as we continued bickering.

"Just admit it already, you like Dean and Roman!" I said, mocking Brie.

"I'm not in love with Roman!" Brie yelled back.

"Girls, stop this right now!" Dean growled.

I sighed and fixed my hair, "I'm out of here.. Ugh, stupid alliance." I stormed out.

"AJ, where are you going?" Dean called.

"Away from you two!" I yelled.

I so freaking hate Brie for pushing my buttons like that. Of all people, she should of known that I'm easily stressed and I snap easily. She's obviously playing with my head. That's it, I knew this stupid alliance thing with Dean and that menacing bitch would never work. I should have known Dean was the one who made me return back here. I'm done with this.
