While Brie and my family were preparing our Thanksgiving meal today, Phil and I are off to court for the divorce and Courtney's custody. I just got out of the shower and got dressed into a nice zebra-print dress with my favorite Chuck Taylor's. I sat in front of the vanity mirror in my bedroom, which I share with Brie, and did my hair and make-up. I was still pissed and angry that Phil slept with, of all people, Amy freaking Dumas also known as my childhood idol. Who knew my favorite wrestler when I was a teenage stole my husband from me, how fantastic.

A knock on the door echoed in the bedroom, which caught my attention.

"It's open." I said, not taking my eyes off of my reflection.

The door creaked open as my mom entered the room, she sat on my bed and placed her hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah mom?" I asked.

"I'm so sad to hear you and Phillip are broken up, dear." My mom said.

I looked at her and smiled weakly, "I guess he just got tired of me."

"Still, that's no reason for Punk to cheat on you." My mom said, "You two looked so adorable."

I shrugged, "I guess some things just don't last forever." I finished up with my hair and make-up.

My mom smiled, "Do you already have a lawyer?"

I nodded, "Jane said she's free for three days."

Jane has been our family friend/family lawyer. She's been there with us ever since we were still young, we were practically inseparable since she was the very first friend I gained while I was young. Since then, we've been very great friends and we still are close even though she's a lawyer and I'm a wrestler.

"You'll win my dear, I just know it." My mom assured, smiling at me.

I smiled and hugged her tightly, "Thanks mom."

"Courtney deserves a better father than Phillip." My mom said.

"And I think I already know the perfect father." I muttered, giggling slightly.

My mom smirked, "Seems like you already have a new boy, hm?"

I blushed a bit, "Maybe.." I giggled.

"He better be better than Phillip." My mom warned.

"Oh, he is. He's sweet, kind and loving." I said, grinning from ear-to-ear.

"Well, you better go. You can't be late for court." My mom said, straightening my dress for me.

I hugged her one last time, said goodbye to everyone and went to the Courthouse. I'm winning Courtney's full custody, wether Phil likes it or not. I want the best father for my daughter, but Phil decided to cheat on me with his ex-girlfriend/my wrestler hero. If I lose this case, I will lose my mind.

My head was pounding so much, it hurts like hell. I was worried sick for Brie all day yesterday but thanks to Roman and his technology knowledge, I found out that Brianna was in Chicago with AJ. She didn't even acknowledge me, I was so pissed at her that night so I drank my worries all night at a club. I just woke up and now I have such a painful headache, I feel like I'm gonna barf.

A hard knock on the front door echoed in my room, which made my head hurt even more. I groaned and held onto my forehead, I shouldn't have had so much vodka and gin. Brie just pissed me off so much last night, and she left with my permission. I forced myself to stand up, and I limped over to the front door. I turned the knob and open the door, I didn't exactly know who was at the door since my vision was still blurry.
