Paige
I walked down the hall with my Divas Championship belt around my waist, a smirk plastered on my face and a Starbucks frappe in my hand. Tonight, Stephanie had scheduled a Divas Battle Royal to determine the #1 contender for my prestigious title. Of course, as the championship holder, I'm going to watch the match at ringside to see which 'lucky' diva will lose - I mean - have a shot to face me for my title. I arrived in front of a door with the words 'Divas' imprinted on the door, I pushed open the door and went inside. The eyes of the Divas quickly averted to me, all of them giving me such weird looks.
"What are you all looking at?" I spat at them as they all looked away.
I smirked and took a sip from my coffee, I walked past the other Divas and sat my duffle bag on the bench near my locker. I placed my cup of Starbucks frappe on the bench and removed the title around my waist, I got undressed and changed into my ring attire for tonight. I shoulder-checked Cameron away from the Vanity mirror and did my hair and makeup.
"Bitch..." I heard Cameron mumble under her breath as I gave her a death glare.
"And what're you gonna do about it? Schoolgirl pin me to death?" I spat at her, referring to her usual moves in the ring.
She just rolled her eyes, flipped her hair and strutted away. I shook my head and rolled my eyes and finished up, I kept my makeup and hair straightener inside my duffle bag. I wrapped my Divas Championship around my waist and continued to enjoy my cup of coffee. I exited the locker room and decided to explore the arena, even though I was clearly familiar with it already. As I look around, I noticed a little brat skipping down the hallway happily. I stared at her while I continued to walk, not looking at where I was going. Suddenly, I bumped into someone and my coffee spilled all over me.
"Ugh, this was my last clean attire!" I groaned.
"Well, you should've learnt to look at where you were going." A voice sassily responded.
I glared at her, "Now it's my fault? You should've looked at where you were going, Nikki!"
"Whatever, I don't have time to talk to a piece of garbage like you." Nikki coldly replied.
"At least I'm not some plastic actress who begs her boyfriend to sleep with her." I spat.
Nikki's hand connected to my face and I stumbled a bit down, "You watch your damn mouth, Paige!"
"Or what?" I yelled at her as I regained my balance and got in her face, "What're you gonna do about it?"
Before Nikki would respond, a voice called her which made her look back. It was Seth.
"Nikki!" Seth kept on calling as he jogged over to us.
"Get out of my way, you dumb crumpet." Nikki muttered as she shoved past me and ran away.
"Nikki, come on! Please, let me explain!" Seth groaned as he sighed and ran his hand through his hair and face.
"What's happening?" I asked him, placing my hands on my back as I gave him a small look of curiosity.
"It's about that whole AJ thing again." Seth sighed, "I told her that I didn't mean it but she won't listen to me. Plus, it's been a whole week since that incident. Why can't she just get over it already?"
"Well, I don't blame her honestly. You were kissing back, Seth." I said as Seth gave me a glare, "Plus, do you seriously think she'll just forget about it like it was some joke? You're stupid if you think Nikki can forget seeing a skipping little BRAT kiss her MAN. Geez."
"Whoa, calm down. Also, You're not helping, Paige." Seth said as he gave me a glare and buried his face all over his hands.
"What? I was just stating the truth." I said as I rose my hands in defense.
