(moments after water was thrown over a sleeping Kageyama and Hinata)
Kageyama POV~
COLD. Out of the blue I felt this freezing rush drip off my hair, down my neck and through my shirt immediately waking me up from my warm sleep.
I didn't get up though because I wanted this comfortable moment with Hinata too last as long as possible (even if i was awake, soaking and completely freezing).
"What the Hell?!" I exclaimed; slowly opening my eyes to see Nishinoya and Tanaka laughing on the floor, big brain smirking, and everyone else looking like they were about to burst with laughter.
"sorry Kageyama we had to wake you up for practice!" Daichi chuckled cautiously
"normally, you don't CHUCK WATER ON SOMEONE IF YOU WANT TO WAKE THEM UP" I snapped only really half angry.
hinata moved a bit, i had completely forgotton where he was
He still had his head on my shoulder despite everything that was happening around us.
"Hey Kags can you be a bit more quiet" he mumbled, still very sleepy
"they just poured water all over US!" I reproached
then I felt a finger on my lips
"shush" hinata said
I felt my eyes go wide
wh-wha-what's he thinking!?
"well well well..." Tsukki chimed in
"Hinata sure can make the king of the court shut up quickly, Seems like he's not that powerful after all..." Tsukkishima sniggered
I really wanted to punch that smug look of his face, But I didn't because of how content Hinata looked resting on my shoulder.
a minute of silence passed until Sugawara finally spoke up
"guys! you're wasting practice time! Everyone start warming up while Me and Asahi get the balls!" He announced moving the attention off of me and Hinata.
"Thanks Kōshi" Daichi said
I think he just used sugawara sensei's first name...
"No Problem Sawamura" he replied with a wink which made Daichi's smile double in size.
So, they use first names and wink at each other? They seem pretty close... More than close... like together close.
I think I want to be together close with Hinata... Do I? Well it would make sense because for one, I do want us to use each others first names and for two, I guess him winking at me doesn't seem too bad, at all.
Ugh this is all confusing
I'll think about it more later; for now I've got to get Hinata off of me so I can go change out of these wet clothes..."
