Zak's POV:
I ran out the door the next morning dashing down my hallway and whistling for Racco to get into his kennel. After Racco does so I pick up the heavy cage and run out the door with all my stuff. I call over a taxi and get in the car.

"Where to?" The car driver looked back at me for my answer. "The airport, please! I'll pay you extra if you can somehow get me there faster than normal." The cab driver nodded and started driving about two miles over the speed limit.

When we arrived I got out of the car with all my stuff and handed the cab driver about $40.58. "Thank you!" I ran into the airport building and went to go get my bags tagged for me.

After I went through the terminal all I had to do was wait for the plane to let me and Racco board. I took out my phone and texted Darryl telling him I'm getting ready to board the plane. Darryl soon texted back telling me to have a wonderful flight and that he couldn't...wait to hold me in his arms...

My face heated up and turned a bright red, O-oh I'm sure he just meant a hug! Yeah! Ha ha ha...eesh. Just then an announcement came on telling me to board the plane. I picked up Racco and got my plane ticket, bringing it over to the checking station.

I sat Racco down in the seat I paid for next to me and layd back in my seat and sighed, I was so excited to meet Darryl. I connected my phone to airplane mode and plugged in my headphones to my MVP3 player.

I let the soothing music play in my head and then a stupid song came on, a stupid song that reminded me of him, 'The Muffin Song.' Bad loved muffins, a lot. I sometimes wished he loved me as much as muffins. Wait what?

I reached my hand into Racco's cage and pet him as we took off and before I knew it both of us fell asleep.

BadBoyHalo's POV:

I was on my way to get Zak from the airport while Rat was asleep in my backseat with her paw-mittens on. Rat seemed excited to meet Skeppy and Racco as well. I hum along to 'The Muffin Song' on my phone.

I thought about Skeppy as I drove to the airport also thinking about the text I sent to him earlier, it's true what I said to him. I did want to hold him in my arms and keep him safe from the bitter and cold world around us all.

I keep my thoughts to myself though, I would rather keep everything to myself and keep my best friend then risk it all on a stupid crush. I looked at the airport in the distance it was fairly big maybe could hold about 100,000 people, not including the plains.

Zak's POV:
When the plane landed I woke up from the jolt of the landing. Racco seemed to have woken up a little while before me. As everyone got off the plane I followed everyone like a normal person.

When I stepped into the main building I saw Bad standing there with his phone in his hand while Rat was next to him tied on a leash on his pants where the belt was supposed to go but he didn't seem to need the belt for the time being.

I walked in a big circle and to the back of him Rat gave me the stink eye but stayed quiet. I wrapped my arms around Bad's waist and laid my head on his back. "Hi bald boy...it's wonderful to meet you at last."

Bad jumped when I touched him but when I spoke he gasped and flung himself around and embraced me in a gentle and warm hug. "Hello Geppy!" Rat had gotten off her leash and was giving Racco licks through the cage.

Bad looked over at the two dogs and mumbled something to himself.

I whispered something ever so slightly under my breath, "At least Rat can find love with her best friend."
