'Who are you here with?' I couldn't take the time to talk between breathing and vomiting so I just pointed to the tent. The woman ran over and Harry burst out and ran over.

'What's wrong? There's a lady- HOLY SHIT. We need to get you to a hospital. NOW.' He said and I couldn't stop the crying.

'Darling is he alright?'

'No I don't think so, thank you for warning me. Someone will be back to collect our stuff later. I need to get him to a hospital.' Harry said grabbing a bucket and passing it too me before sitting me in the passengers seat. He pulled some pants on and a shirt grabbing mine and helping me dress when I took a short break from the vomiting. I was sweating profusely.

'Harry.' I moaned and not the sexy moan he liked.

'I know, I know, we'll get you home.' The campsite we were at was only thirty to forty minutes away from home but Harry got us back in twenty. A cop car pulled in behind us with his lights and sirens going.

'Boy do you know how fast you were going?'

'Officer J, yes but I'm a bit busy, I'll deal with what ever punishment you're going to give me later!' He yelled and as he pulled me from the car I missed the bucked and vomited over the both of us, covering us in blood. It made me cry more and Officer J stood there awkwardly as Harry dragged me inside. He started yelling for help and that was when I passed out.

I woke to a heavy chest, it was hard to breath, and there was beeping all around. The light hurt my eyes but my stomach didn't hurt anymore. It felt like ten minutes before I was able to hold my eyes completely open. I saw Harry pacing at the end of my bed and my mum was sitting in the chair curled up with a blanket half laid over her.

'ry...' Ouch. 'Harry.' My throat was so dry but he heard me, he stopped pacing and looked over before walking over quickly and picking my hand up and kissing it, moving to my mouth and kissing me properly.

'You scared me so much, don't ever fucking lie to me about feeling fine when you're not.' He said he looked like he was about to cry and I smiled.

'You can't cry, I'm the one that always cries.' I smiled and he smiled back kissing me again.

'You want some water?' I nodded and he got me a cup, passing it over with a straw.

'What happened?' He took the water and kissed my hand again.

'I better wake your mum, she'll be able to explain it better.' He moved around and woke my mum who covered me in kisses until she pressed on my stomach by accident and I whined out.

'You have cancer of the smaller intestine. They caught it about half way in the game and have done an emergency surgery, luckily they were able to remove all of it with minimal resection of you intestine which is honestly amazing, but you will have to go through radiation treatment to make sure that it goes into remission.' I tried not to cry, but a tear slipped and Harry wiped it away.

'Don't cry, you're okay.' I tried to smile at him but my face crumbled and he hugged me gently. 'It'll be fine! Don't cry, please.' I laughed and wiped my face.

'Did you just say please? Guess I'll have to stop now.' This made him laugh and my mum smiled.

'What about the camp site?'

'My dad went and packed everything up for us, don't worry. Mum was so upset when she got here. For it to happen on your birthday she felt so bad so she brought you all these.' He said pulling a curtain back to show a large arrangement of assorted candies, chocolates and flower, I couldn't stop myself from laughing loudly. 'A few other people know, everyone else has just been spreading rumours.' My mum left a little later after the doctor came in and checked on me, gaving me the run down. I was to be kept in the hospital for another three days and then they would make sure there was no infection. No more football, and I had a list of things I wasn't aloud to do, drinking being one of them, which kinda sucked, but I can still go to parties.

I had a lot of medicine to take though, and I had to come back to the hospital once a week for radiation. I made it Monday because then I would be okay to go and watch the football games.

'How am I supposed to play without you on the team?' Harry muttered as we lay in the hospital bed and watched daytime TV. It was my last day in hospital and then I got to go home and go back to school tomorrow if I was feeling okay. Harry's parents had let him stay with me the whole time, partially because he threw the biggest tantrum I have ever seen and so had his parents so they said as long as he made up the work they were okay with him staying. I laced my fingers in his and rested my head on his shoulder.

'I'll be watching the game, I'll cheer you on from the side lines, you'll do fine.'

'It's not the same.' He muttered bring my hand to his mouth and kissing my knuckles.

'It will.'

'But what about college? We were supposed to get scholarships to the same college.'

'It's okay, I'll just get an academic scholarship instead.' He went silent for a while and I let myself worry, I wouldn't tell him my worries because I know how worried he already is, but I'm scared.

There was a knock on the door and Harry moved from the bed to the chair quickly before someone walked in. Most of the town didn't know we were together still, just my mum and his parents, Zach and Tyler knew, and the two guys who went to the party with Tyler who are actually his brothers. The footsteps were heavy and when I saw the man I swallowed hard. He just stood there for a moment; face angry, I was panicking so hard it was ridicules.

'W-what are you doing here?' I stuttered and he only took my eyes off me for a second to look at Harry before staring intently back at me.

'When your only son nearly dies from intestinal cancer you tend to come home.' I gripped my sheets tightly and Harry moved to stand up.

'Don't.' I told him and he sat back down carefully. 'I...' I didn't know what to say to him.

'Who's your friend.'

'I don't want to introduce you to him.' I said and he looked at me surprised.

'Oh? And what is it that you do want?'

'I want... I want you to leave please.' Dad was silent for a moment and swallowed hard, the heart monitor attached to me was beeping faster and faster and his eyes flicked to it.

'Sen, calm down.' Harry said reaching out and touching my arm. Dad's eyes zeroed in on it and I flinched and he brought his eyes back.

'You're right, I should leave.' He said before turning on his heal and walking out. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

'You're okay, what do you need me to do?' Harry asked and I gripped his hand on my arm tightly.

'I need... I need my mum and I need you to lock the door. Lock the door now and call my mum.' He nodded and moved to lock the door, coming back and calling my mum, laying back down and holding me tightly until my mum knocked on the door. Harry got up and let her in.

'He's back.' I muttered and pulled harry back. I felt so much better when he was there.

'What?'

'Dad, dad is back.' I got in close against Harry and he ran his hand up and down my arm gently. Mum stormed out saying that she'd take care of it, Harry went and locked the door, we staid in bed cuddled up until mum came back saying that I could go home if I wanted Harry to take me. I didn't want to ask about the dad situation. I just felt like it would be too much. Harry took me home and I found he had a bunch of his stuff already moved into my room.

'I'm staying with you until you're all better, with your mum at work I thought this would be good?' I smiled and pulled him to the bed, he was very careful of everything and I couldn't help but smile.

'You're scared of hurting me.' I laughed, my stomach tightened and it hurt a little but I barely let out a wince.

'That hurt didn't it?' He grinned and moved to lay behind me, pulling me into his chest. 'I'm happy just to cuddle you until you're better, our relationship can survive not having sex for a while.' He kissed my neck and I moved my head so I could kiss his lips before we fell asleep.
