'I look weird.' He muttered as I adjusted the blue flower on his jackets breast pocket.
'You don't look weird.' I whispered before kissing him and we walked into the other room. Zach laying on his bed looking up at the ceiling. 'Are you ready?' I asked a little excited and he looked at me panicked.
'I don't know if I can do this.' He said and I looked surprised. He'd been really determined until now.
'What?'
'I... what if it goes wrong? I can't end up like my parents! I can... what about my dad!? You know he threw the invitation in my face.' He muttered as he started to pace. 'Like literally he came and found me tore it up in front of me threw it in my face and said that he no longer had a son.' He was bordering on hysterical and I bit my lip. 'What if I screw something up and Tyler doesn't love me any more? What if... what if he's just doing this because he thinks it's the right thing to do? I heard members of the clan talking about how he has to be married by his twentieth birthday... What if I'm just a convenience?' I frowned and stepped forward smacking him across the face.
'The actual fuck do you think you're talking about. That man loves you, and don't forget I saw what he did in order to get to you. So don't try and freak out on me and say he's using you to fill some clan need, or you're just convenient. Tyler Bransden is a fucking animal sometimes and when he's mad it's worse, you are the only person I can ever remember being able to calm him enough that he starts to think straight. So you're going to pull your shit together and make your decision. Do you want to marry the boy you love or not?' Zach looked at me, panic still in his eyes but it slowly faded as he took deep breaths and watched me carefully.
'I want to marry the man I love.' I nodded.
'Good, because he really fucking loves you.' I smiled and Zach pulled me into a hug.
'Thanks, I was really freaking out there.' He laughed a little and Harry grunted before separating Zach and I.
'Enough, let's get you down stairs and married so you can stop being near my boyfriend.' Zach grinned.
'What, scared that he'll leave you and run away with me at any moment?'
'I'll fucking track you down and kill you.' Harry muttered making Zach laugh and he sighed.
'Thanks guys, I feel better now.' We followed him down the stairs and we stopped at the front door. Standing in front of him Harry pulled my arm so it was looped with his before looking at Zach.
'Are you ready? We can wait a little longer...'
'No, I'm ready.' He said and Harry nodded, opening the door and walking me down and out to the small arch that was surrounded by greenery, trees, foliage and guests in pews.
'Do you think we should get married?' Harry asked as we walked down the isle.
'One day.' I smiled and he stood with me at the alter, as we waited for Zach to walk down. Tyler stepping closer.
'Why did you take so long? He's coming right? I'm not going to have to chase after him?' I grinned.
'No, he's coming.' Tyler nodded and stepped back as Zach walked out of the house, carefully walking down the isle, he told me that he was petrified of falling. He stepped up to stand opposite Tyler, he looked at the empty seats in the front row. He'd left them there for his mum, dad and sister but they hadn't shown.
'Are you okay?' Tyler asked Zach quietly and he smiled at his feet sadly.
'I-'
'WAIT!' There were gasps and everyone turned to see a girl in a nice peach coloured dress, standing at the end of the isle, her hair was a chest nut brown like Zach's and she had paler skin but you could tell they were related. She was breathing heavily and bent over with her hand out as she took deep breaths before straightening. 'Wow, this place was really fricken hard to find.' She said walking down the isle quickly and up to Zach and Tyler.
'Amber, what... I though-'
'You're my brother, and I love and support you, even if mum and dad don't know that you fucking love this freak.' She grinned. Tyler pulling a displeased face but not growling or saying anything unpleasant, Zach had told me that Tyler promised as part of their wedding present that he wouldn't growl for the whole day. 'So I am here, I'm here.' She smiled and Zach looked like he was going to cry, pulling his sister into a tight hug before she pushed him back and turned to Tyler. 'As a family representative, I'm giving my brother to you, you look after, protect and love him, and I swear to Jesus himself if you hurt him I will hunt you down and cut your penis off.' Tyler nodded which made Amber nod and then she moved and sat down in one of the reserved seats and the wedding continued.
Harry danced with me at the reception.
'It was a nice wedding.' He muttered into my hair as I rested my head on his shoulder. I hummed in response. I was so tired. 'Shall I take you home? We have doctors appointments in the morning.' He whispered and I shook my head.
'I want to spend more time like this. Don't talk about the doctor or cancer or anything just dance with me.' I said softly and he took in a deep breath.
'You know we have all the time in the world?' I hummed again. 'You're in remission, you and I are going to be that old gay couple at the end of the street, you're going to look after the flowers and I'll cook our meals and we'll sit and watch kids play in the street, it'll be wonderful. We'll have a wonderful amazing life.' He told me this story a lot, ever since the doctor told me that I was in remission. 'I love you. With all my being, I love you.' He said softly and I pulled back, stroking his cheek with my thumb.
'And I love you too.' I said before kissing him, pulling on his neck to get him to deepen it a little more. 'Now lets go home and you can make love to me.' I grinned and he laughed before nodding, kissing me once more.
'Any day.' He chuckled.
