Next Saturday, Jisung drove to Minho's apartment, his engine rumbling as he waited outside. Minho stepped outside his apartment, his eyes widening as he spotted his ride.
Jisung realized that he'd forgotten to warn Minho that he'd be taking him on their date on his motorcycle.
Jisung held out his hand and weakly asked, "Ola ta?"
Minho just shook his head and ran down to meet Jisung. He looked like a true biker, wearing all black.
Minho loved how Jisung looked and wanted nothing more than to hold him, but also wanted to keep his distance from the motorcycle. "Is this really your ride?" he asked nervously.
"Yeah. . ." Jisung said apologetically. "I'm sorry, I forgot to tell you."
Minho just stared at Jisung, blinking.
"Minho, we're going to be late for our date," Jisung pleaded.
Minho hesitated for a moment more before climbing behind him, his legs shaking, gripping Jisung's soldiers. But when Jisung revved the engine, Minho quickly wrapped his arms around Jisung's stomach, pressing himself up against his back and hiding his face in his neck.
Jisung's face burned. Though he and Minho had spent plenty of time kissing, being near him still sometimes made him nervous.
Jisung could feel his own heartbeat increasing as Minho breathed into his neck.
"Are you ready to go?" Jisung asked gently.
Minho let out a strangled, "Yes," to which Jisung kicked up the kickstand and drove off.
Minho clutched Jisung as they raced down the streets, hoping to make it to their date on time.
"Han Jisung!" Minho cried out as Jisung sped up, and dug his nails into Jisung's side. Jisung gritted his teeth but strangely enjoyed the feeling.
"We're almost there, don't worry!" he said, trying to ease Minho's nerves.
Soon, but not soon enough for Minho's taste, they pulled into the parking lot of the Malaysian restaurant, and Minho stumbled off the motorcycle. He stood hunched over, hands on his knees, breathing heavily.
"Thanks for warning me about your death ride," he said, shaken.
Jisung took off his helmet and pushed his sweaty hair back. "I'm so sorry, I should've warned you," he apologized, giving Minho a side hug.
Minho pouted, his body still buzzing with adrenaline, but he grabbed Jisung's butt as they turned and walked toward the entrance.
The bell at the top of the door chimed, announcing their arrival to the mostly empty restaurant.
They looked around and saw they had gotten to the restaurant before all their friends, so sat down in an empty booth that seated four on both sides. Jisung slid into the booth, and Minho, unsure of where to sit, moved in next to him. Jisung smiled and put his arm around Minho's waist.
A shiver traveled down Minho's back, and not because Jisungs's hands were cold. He took Jisung's hands in his own and gently massaged them, warming them up as they waited.
Chan and Changbin were the first to arrive, greeting, and sliding into the seats across from Minho and Jisung.
"Hey there, lovebirds," Chan grinned, making Minho wrinkle his nose in embarrassment and cover his face with one hand.
Jisung struggled to hide a smile. He responded, "Same to you too. How was your morning?" he asked innocently.
Chan laughed out loud and hid his face in Changbin's shoulder, groaning. Changbin shook his fist, pretending to threaten Jisung, but they all laughed good-naturedly
