Jisung desperately tried to wipe the gross feeling of the gang member's lips off of his mouth. He had run home after being dragged into kissing the stranger in front of Minho's class. From that class, his and Minho's homes were in opposite directions. Though Jisung wanted to see Minho, he didn't know how to find his apartment on foot, so just ran home as fast as he could.
Changbin had gotten Jisung's cryptic messages from when he'd first been forced out of his house by the gang members. At first, the older sent a string of concerned messages back, but wondered if they were being read by someone else. So he just paced around, waiting for Jisung to respond. He tried to believe that Jisung was fine and would be home soon.
Jisung actually had his phone on him the entire time, but because of the spotty cell service, he hadn't received Minho's tearful messages or Changbin's concerned messages until after he arrived home.
Changbin tried to kill time while he waited for Jisung to come home. He video called Chan on his laptop, wanting to discuss what was happening with people knocking on his and Jisung's door all the time and Jisung being out at strange hours and now his strange disappearance.
After getting a run-down of the situation, Chan sighed. "That's so suspicious."
"It really sounds like he's cheating," Changbin said sadly. "I don't know how else he could explain leaving at weird hours and all the people that were coming to our door."
"Even if he's not, I think Minho deserves to know that something's up," Changbin said.
They decide to call Minho. Changbin didn't want to put him on speakerphone in case they violated his privacy, so he just stayed on his call with Chan watching, unable to hear what Minho was saying.
The cat-like boy was back home in his bed. He kept lapsing into crying, calming down, thinking about his relationship with Jisung and the betrayal, and having tears leak out of his eyes again.
When he heard his phone vibrating on his nightstand, he almost didn't pick up the phone, convinced it was Jisung calling. But his curiosity soon got the better of him, and also deep down, he wanted it to be Jisung. He listlessly flopped over to the side of his bed with the nightstand. He dragged his phone over, and to his surprise, saw that it was Changbin.
"Hey, is this a good time to talk?" Changbin asked kindly.
A laugh bubbled out of Minho's mouth, almost hysterical. The question was so at odds with his current reality.
"This is actually a terrible time," he said frankly, his laugh turning into a sob.
Changbin gave Chan a weird look, furrowing his brow. Chan looked confused, wanting more information, but all Changbin could do was mouth back, "I don't know."
"Why, what's going on?" he asked Minho.
Minho sniffed loudly and cleared his throat. Pulling the covers tightly over himself, he choked back another sob.
"Han cheated on me."

As Jisung approached his apartment, he debated whether or not to go to Minho right now. He desperately wanted to explain everything and hold Minho tightly and kiss him, but it was so late at night. Everything hurt, his whole body, and especially his heart.
He exhaustedly clomped up the stairs and collapsed through the front door. Changbin shot up from his bed at the loud noise and ran to see him.
Before Changbin could say a word, Jisung was up in his defenses, his hands out in front of him, crying out, "I can explain!"
