'Jonghyun!'
Jeongguk yells from the underside of the staircase, trying to get his son out of his room and onto his feet for the first day of Junior year. The boy is 16 now and really dislikes school, just like his father did. A loud grunt is heard followed by a thud, indicating that the boy finally stepped out of bed and threw his bag of books off of his chair.
"Thanks bud."
Jeongguk smiles softly to himself and walks back into the living room, meeting Dana's eyes.

"Is that brat not getting out of his room again?"
Jeongguk sends her a scolding glare and throws a sack of buns with cheese towards her.

"Eat and go."
She giggles and picks up her bag with sweatpants and a croptop.

"Bye dad's."
The loud thumping on the stairs indicates Jonghyun running down the stairs, almost tripping over his own feet while he tries to put his hoodie on.

Taehyung and Jeongguk look at each other and smile, grateful for the two kids and the lives they live at that exact moment, the both of them wouldn't have wanted to change a thing.
Dana is 18 now, Jonghyun is 16 and both are a bit of an outcast because of their parents being two males, they don't care though. The two of them much rather have one real friend than six fake ones that would only like them because of their major's. Music and Dance.

"Buckle up bitch boy."
Jonghyun raises his eyebrow while looking at his sister and pouts his lips in confusion. Her eyebrows quirk up and a smirk tugs at the corner of her lips.

"Did you jus-"
Dana cuts him off and grabs his seatbelt herself.

"Yes i did, did you pack lunch?"
The boy's eyes widen and he giggles in an embarrassed manner. Dana sighs and reaches in between his feet, into her own bag and pulls the buns out.
"Good that dad made you lunch, again."
She rolls her eyes playfully and turns the corner, looking into her mirrors to see if her best friend Minji drives behind her like she does every morning. The drive doesn't take long, they live in Jeongguk's childhood home which isn't that far away from their school. Dana pulls up to the gates and kicks her brother out, wishing him a great day and driving off to find a parking spot.

"Hyunie!"
A boy with dark locks, big eyes and a bright smile on his face runs up to him from behind. The male wraps his arms around the other male and sighs lowly.

"Donghae."
Jonghyun smiles softly and pulls the boy towards his side, wrapping an arm around his shoulders and giggling.

"I've missed you during summer, man."
Jonghyun giggles while Donghae ruins his soft brown locks.
"Stop that, idiot."

"Hey, i gotta head to my locker and towards the gym, i'll talk to you during lunch."
The boy smiles brightly and waves at the brunette. Jonghyun nods and secures the strap of his bag onto his shoulder and walks towards his own locker.

"Jonghyunie!"
Here we go.

"Hey, Ara."
Kim Ara, daughter of his dad's friends and too over-excited for his being.
"So did you hear about Mingi? He's got a girlfriend and rumors say that she cheated on him, don't you think-"

"Ara, i-i gotta go to... to class, yes."
Jonghyun smiles sweetly and tucks her hair playfully behind her ear only to wave and walk off. The boy lets out a breath - which he didn't know that he was holding - whenever she's out of sight. He clutches his books against his chest and takes the last steps towards his locker only to hear the bell ring. He hastily makes his way to his classroom, trying not to bump into several other students. A few 'sorry's and 'excuse me's are exchanged before he finally sits down into his assigned seat.

"Welcome back class, i hope you all had a nice summer."
His teacher, miss Lee, connects eyes with Jonghyun and raises an eyebrow before turning towards the board.

"Why does she hate you so much?"
Ah-in, Ara's twin sister, leans over her desk so she could whisper into his ear.

"No clue..."
Jonghyun shrugs his shoulders and plays with his pen, giggling about things Ah-in and he did past summer, including crashing parties and drinking in the woods behind Jonghyun's house until they passed out.

"Please sit next to Jonghyun."
Jonghyun's eyes shoot towards his teacher and they widen, a beautiful male with silver hair stands before him with a sweet smile tugging at his lips. A black leather jacket and a black beanie resting upon his silhouette.

"U-uhm..."
Ah-in hits his back harshly and he stutters out, practically coughing the words out of his throat.
"H-hi, i'm Jonghyun."
The male glances over to the boy, another sweet smile tugs at the corners of his lips while his curly bangs fall into his eyes.

"Hojin."
The boy extends his hand and turns back to the teacher, planning on following the class.

"How was school, bitch boy?"
Jonghyun takes place in the passengers seat and stares forward, a soft pink blush on his cheeks.
