DUMBLEDORE POV:

A flash of black darkness, and then I found myself on the floor in the astronomy tower. This was where Snape killed me. This was where I died. I came back, just like in the prophecy that I didn't believe. But this could only mean one thing. Voldemort was gone. Harry had done it. This also meant that his family and friends would rise again, but I hoped they would be smart enough as to give us an hour or two. I had to find Harry. I turned around, ready to match down the stairs to look for him, when I saw a figure staring at the view from the tower.

 What happened?

You can't say you don't know what happened. You're Dumbledore! Put the pieces together. Severus did as I told him. Harry found the horcruxes, and destroyed the one in him too. Severus gave him the memories, or told him himself. I knew everything there is to know. I just didn't know details. As much as I hate to say it, he would have to share everything- not only with me, but with his parents, and Sirius! Of course! Harry looked at peace staring at the view, so I decided to join him, swiftly picking up my wand from the floor. I went next to him and stared at the view. It was indeed beautiful.

"This view is always peaceful." I said quietly, gaining his attention.

Harry gasped and took a few steps back. I let him think about the fact that I may be alive, and I might be real. I continued staring out towards the mountains and the beautiful sun, which had just risen. It must've been a long night for Harry, but I don't think he could sleep now anyways, so I turned to him, breathing in lightly.

"Sir." He began.

"What were the last words you said to me?" He asked, pointing his wand at me.

Smart boy. This must've happened to him after the seven Potter's fiasco, when they thought they were betrayed.

"Trust me." I said

"And I trusted you." He said, not putting his wand down.

"And I still do." He said, finally putting his wand down to his side.

"He's gone isn't he Harry?" I asked, already knowing the answer.

"Yes. You just missed him." He joked, staring back at the view.

I chuckled lightly and thought about what I should say next. Strategy. It always distracted Harry.

"I presume Severus gave you his memories?" I asked.

"Yes. I understand why you couldn't tell me. I didn't feel up to doing anything except give myself up after hearing that." He said.

"I also assume you know that Severus was a spy for us?" I asked curiously, wanting to know more details.

"Yes. The memories explained everything and more." He said, not turning his attention from the view.

"I assume that since he didn't tell you everything himself, he was unable to physically tell you himself." I said, sadly, thinking.

"Voldemort thought the elder wand was his, and then he sent the snake to attack him." He said.

That confirmed my suspicions.

"However did you beat him with the elder wand on him? You obviously had a different strategy he didn't know about." I said carefully.

"The wand was never his it was yours, and then it was-"

"Draco's." I breathed.

"Precisely sir. But we were caught by snatchers who took us to Malfoy Manor sometime after we destroyed the locket, and I disarmed Draco, meaning..." he trailed off.
