Spencer and you had just broken up after being together for 4 years. You thought he was the one and you fell head over heels for him. He was very much inlove with you also, even after the break up your all he could think about.
The last 6 months of your relationship had been rocky, fighting, break up and then make up was the cycle. The break ups never lasted for than 2 days so you guys kept them silent.
This time though. Well this time it's been 3 weeks and you guys won't even look at eachother unless it's necessary.
When your first started dating you both decided that if you broke up and it started to affect your work one of you would transfer. So you took it upon yourself to request one as soon as possible and turns out that you had perfect timing. You would be transferring to a desk job in a different department. Which was less fun but better you than him, it would drive him crazy.
You had taken one last case before your transfer and was sickly sweet to everyone. The only person who knew you were leaving was Hotch, and he said he'd let it go unknown until you left.
So after a 2 week case you were finally allowed to head into work and not worry about your life on the line.

Spencer's POV:
Waking up in the morning without her next to me is just foreign. I miss her so much, but I know all our relationship did was emotionally drain her. I didn't mean to cause her so much pain but for some reason all I could do was pick fights with her.
The only thing I had to look forward to these days was seeing her at work, either making her coffee or sitting on the jet with her earbuds in reading over the case file.
Last time I saw her she was being extremely nice to not only me but everyone. It shocked me that she even looked at me let alone had full on conversations. Maybe she'll forgive me and we can forget about all this. God I can't wait to see her.

We all except Y/N sat around the table discussing the case. I wonder wear she is. "Okay guys I hope Penelope has explained the case because wheels up in 30."
"Wait hotch what able y/l/n?" Derek asked, "oh I didn't tell y'all, Y/l/n has transferred to a different department. We will be replacing her as soon as possible and I know how hard this transition will be because we all loved Y/N but she felt that this was the best decision for not only her but the team."
"Y/N. Left?" That thought played in my head over and over.
