You and Ross were currently in a 3 year relationship and a 3 month engagement. You will always love him with you while heart but you had a job offer in Spain. You were a makeup artist and they were shooting a movie in a beautiful location there and you were hired.
Since he had two children here in New York you knew he wouldn't move with you and you couldn't ask him too wait for you. So you got in a cab and was on your way to your shared apartment with Ross.
The walk into the building was nerve wracking, but walking into your apartment was worse. "Hey Y/N, I had the most amazing day. Emma and Ben both came over and Ben actually was really sweet to her and it was just so cute I wish you were her to see it and..."

"I got an amazing job offer to do makeup on a movie set, but the movie location is in Spain. I'll be gone for about a year and a half. Ross I really wanna be with you but I have to take this job."
"Y/n I'm so happy for you." The tears were welling up in yours and his eyes. He pulled you into a hug. "When you come back, we can pick this up where We left off okay?"
"I would love that but I'm not gonna ask you to wait for me" I pulled away. "I love you"
"No Y/n I'm in love with you, and if you think that when you come back I'm not gonna be ready to go to that alter and make you mine forever" he smiled.
