"WAKE....UP!" Zayn yelled at Sarai.
It was Christmas Eve morning. Snow was softly falling to the ground from the sky and the sun was shining making the snowflakes reflect across the window.
"Wha..what?" Sarai mumbled covering her eyes from the bright light.
"Waaaaake up!" Zayn said throwing a pillow at her face. "It's 11 o clock and we have to be at my parent's house at 1!"
"So.." Sarai said pulling a pillow over her face.
"So.." Zayn laughed pulling the pillow away from her face. "That means you need to get up and get dressed. I know how long it takes you to get ready."
Sarai sat up. "Psh.. Me? I take long to get ready? Zayn..what time did you get up this morning?"
"Um, I think like 8."
"And, um, I see your hair is done. How long did it take you to do that?"
"SHUT UP!" Zayn yelled jumping on Sarai.
"Oh my gosh, Zayn. You're gonna mess your hair up."
"Oh, your right." Zayn grinned crawling off the bed. "Now, hurry up and get ready!"
"Fine, fine." Sarai said rolling out of bed.
"I'm going to be in the kitchen making breakfast."
Sarai walked into the bathroom. "Okay."
AN HOUR LATER
Sarai strolled into the kitchen looking just as beautiful as ever.
"Wow." Zayn said.
Sarai looked around. "Wha..what is it?"
"You look...amazing."
"Eh, you know." Sarai teased.
Zayn laughed. "You'll have to take your breakfast on the go. It's noon and it takes about an hour to get to Bradford."
"Well, then." Sarai said grabbing a banana. "Let's go!"
IN THE CAR. FIVE MINUTES FROM BRADFORD.
"What if they don't like me?"
"Oh my gosh, Sarai. You've already met them."
"I've only met your parents ONCE, and that was for like five seconds at your last concert. Plus, that was before we were..." Sarai trailed off.
"Boyfriend and girlfriend!" Zayn smiled grabbing Sarai's hand and holding it tight.
"They love you, Sarai. My mum can't stop talking about you."
"Really?"
"Yes, so quit worrying."
Sarai sighed. "Okay."
IN BRADFORD AT ZAYN'S HOME
"We're here." Zayn said pulling into the driveway.
"Yep." Sarai said nervously.
"It'll be fine. Just keep a hold of my hand, okay?"
Sarai nodded.
They walked up to the front door, pressed the doorbell, and waited.
A few seconds later, the door flew open and there stood Zayn's ENTIRE family.
"Oh lawd." Sarai thought and squeezed Zayn's hand.
"It's alright." He whispered.
"Hello everyone!"
They walked in and were showered with hugs.
"Now, who's this pretty young lady?" Zayn's grandma asked.
"Grandma, this is my girlfriend, Sarai."
"What a beautiful name." She smiled taking Sarai's hand.
Sarai glanced at Zayn and he gave her a reassuring nod.
"Why don't you come into the kitchen with us girls and tells us more about yourself, sweetie?"
"Okay." Sarai said shyly.
After hours and hours of socializing with Zayn's entire family, it was finally time for bed.
"Goodnight, everyone" Zayn smiled taking Sarai's hand. See you in the morning."
"Night!" Several people yelled back.
Zayn's father walked up to his ear and whispered, "She's a keeper, that Sarai." Just loud enough for Sarai to hear.
Sarai blushed.
"Let's go." Zayn yawned.
Zayn and Sarai walked to the back guest room and flung themselves on the bed.
Zayn sighed. "I...am...so...tired."
"Me too." Sarai smiled.
Zyan rolled on top of her. "What are you smiling for?"
Sarai shrugged. "I'm just...really happy."
Zayn leaned down and kissed Sarai's lips.
"Merry Christmas, Sarai. I love you."
Sarai wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed his nose. "I love you more."
