Introductions

Elizabeth agreed to watch Aubree again and I thanked her with everything I had. I gave Aubree a big hug and promised to spend the whole day with her tomorrow.

Elizabeth shooed me out of the house and told me to go act my age for one day.

I wrapped my arms around her neck and promised I'd be back as soon as possible. "Stay out as long as you want. Liv, I promise you, you're only this age once. Aubree will still love you tomorrow. So have fun, okay?" she asked.

I smiled and skipped out the door like a child. I texted Niall and let him know I was ready.

I walked down the steps as Niall pulled into my sister's driveway. He stepped out of the car and walked over to open the passener door. 

"You look amazing." he said. I smiled. "Thank you, and so do you." I replied. He had on a plaid button down shirt and jeans. 

He also had on a snapback to match his shirt and Supra hightops. 

I had on skinny jeans, a purple v-neck shirt, and silver ballet flats.

I stepped into the car and he closed the door behind me. Niall got into the car and we pulled out of the driveway.

"So what's your friend's name?" I asked. Niall glanced over at me and said, "Louis Tomlinson. He's throwing a party for his girlfriend, Eleanor Calder." he explained.

"So I won't be intruding?" I asked. Niall shook his head and laughed. "Nah, he told me to, and I quote, 'Invite a cute girl with a nice attitude.' And that's exactly what I did." he answered.

I felt my cheeks redden. "Wow.. Ah, thanks." I stuttered.

"Well, we're here." he said.

He came around the side again and opened my door for me. "You're a real gentlemen. You know that, right?" I said.

Niall shrugged. "I try." he admitted. He locked his car and shoved his keys in his pocket.

I only had my phone and my ID with me, so I didn't have to carry anything around. Niall laced his hand through mine and looked up at me.

I gave him a small smile, letting him know I didn't mind him holding my hand. 

We walked into a condo and into a door on the first floor.

The base was pounding and the condo was beyond packed. "Here, I want you to meet some people." Niall said.

He pulled me through the crowd and walked up to this guy with honey blonde hair up in a quiff.

"This is Louis, pronounced like 'Lewy' or just call him 'Lou'. "Hello, Louis. Seems like you're throwing a great party." I said. 

"And Lou, this is Olivia. I took your advice and found a cute girl with a nice attitude." Niall said, winking at me.

Lou clapped his hands together and smiled. "I'm sure the rest of the boys will be very interested to meet her. By the way, nice to meet you Olivia. Have a great time guys!" Lou said, walking off.

"Rest of the boys?" I questioned. Niall sighed. "Okay, I'm in a band... One Direction? I'm sure you've heard of us." he said shyly.

My mouth dropped slowly. "Ohh! That's what I know you from." I said. Niall nodded and let out a small laugh. 

"Well, that doesn't change how I feel about you." I said. Niall's cheeks flushed.

"That's good." he said. "I guess I should take you to meet the others then." he mumbled.

He kept his hand threaded through mine as he introduced me to Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, and then he was asking them where 'Haz' was.

"He just walked into the living room." Zayn said, glancing up for only a second. Niall apologized and pulled me through the crowd again towards the living room.

Niall said, "And this is, finally, Haz. Well, that's just his nickname. His real name is Harry Styles."
