"Put some more fucking water in there, it's too thick." He scowled at the blond who seemed to be the one responsible for the soup.
"Thick?? It's how I always make it!" He whined.
"If you haven't noticed Kaminari, he's skin and bones. His stomach can't handle all that shit and I'm not cleaning up puke." Bakugou argued back. Kaminari smirked and got up to go grab more water. He looked as if he connected something stupid.Today was weird..
Kaminari came back with a bucket, pouring in the contents into the pot as ordered. He slightly grumbled that now it'll just taste like water but Bakugou could've cared less. The alpha simply sat down next to Midoriya who was nervously tense and stiff. Midoriya glaced at the stranger again, curious to see the rest of him. Now he could see his full face.
And he was rather handsome... Based on his eyebrows and eyelashes, he definitely had dyed hair. Instead of black lashes and black brows, he found them to be two colors. Isn't that crazy? One side was white and one was red! But not only that, he had a strange scar running over his eye on his red side. But his eyes were simply enchanting, the white sided eye was a grey and the red was blue. He'd never seen blue eyes- or rather eye.
Bakugou noticed Midoriya staring at the stranger, curiosity gleaming in his eye. He sighed, opening his mouth to speak.
"Introduce yourselves." He said out of no where. But, it seemed they were used to his randomness as Kaminari quickly got up with a big smile.
"I'm Kaminari Denki, one if Bakugou's guards. We go way back." He chuckled.Next, Kirishima stood up regardless that he technically already did.
"I'm Kirishima Eijirou, Bakugou's right hand. We also go back." He gave a friendly smile and sat back down. Then, the man he was most curious about stood up.
"My name is Shoto. I've recently joined Duke Bakugou's forces." He bowed once more. He seemed like a stiff man, very formal.Midoriya realized he probably should introduce himself too, so he spoke up.
"I-I'm um, Midoriya Izuku." He didn't feel like getting up as the rest had so he awkwardly sat there while introducing himself.
"My mate, so don't fucking touch him." Bakugou interfered, suddenly grabbing Midoriya's shoulder and pulled him closer with a growl."Did you guys even mark each other yet?" Kirishima chuckled. Oh, mark.. he didn't want to do that either. He paled at the thought of being marked and then having to mark him back.
"No, fuck off! That's for the ceremony." He flipped Kirishima off while speaking. Kirishima just chuckled at the reaction, amused by how easy it was to poke and prod at him."Soup's done." Kaminari added. Kirishima cheered while the rest didn't have much of a reaction. Damn three out of five of them were as bland as could be. They'd probably be close later. They could see this Midoriya character sorta forcefully gets long with a lot of people back at home but then again he quiet, jumpy personality could hinder that.
Kaminari passed around everyone's respected bowls, without cutlery because this was a trip not an adventure. Plus it was just soup anyways, it wasn't too hard to tip it over and drink.
Midoriya wasn't all that hungry thanks to the food he ate a few hours ago but he felt like he was going to be force fed whether he liked it or not. Especially since Bakugou seemed rather concerned about his food intake.. I mean, he changed the soup for him. It would be better to just eat rather than cause an argument. Aaannd Bakugou was staring at him very weirdly by the way, so he used both of his hands and drank some of soup. Thankfully Bakugou seemed fine with that and he turned to he own soup. Awkward much? That was very uncomfortable..
Midoriya got through half of his bowl before his stomach said he'd had enough. He watched as the other's were finishing their seconds, even asking for more from Kaminari. He felt slightly guilty, feeling more inclined to eat more as it seemed to be pleasing to Bakugou.
"Full?" The alpha asked. He looked at him for a second and he looked away, nodding in reply. Bakugou took a look at the bowl, noticing that, in his book, it was barely touched.
"Have a few more sips." He ordered. He didn't want to straight up force fed him as it would make him sick but there definitely needed to be a bigger effort to enlarge that small stomach of his.Midoriya nodded, that was reasonable, he supposed. This man wanted him healthier which was kind of good. It showed he cared in some shape or form. He'd only known him for a mere day but he had shown him great kindness if one were to ignore the threats and scares. He picked the bowl back up and took little sips, chewing on any stray meats or vegetables. He kept at it until it was too much once more.
He felt very tired, tired from the anxiety the whole day had brought him, tired from the travels, tired after being suffer like a turkey. The new interactions were rather overwhelming, seeing as he'd only ever talked to people he was raised around. He didn't even get a good night's rest last night, well, until half way. He'd already assumed that it must have been Bakugou because Kirishima claimed that he'd been stalking the poor omega.
Large hands wrapped around his flimsy little body easily, inciting a sharp inhale from Midoriya he hadn't expected that. He remained confused as the man adjusted him into a bridal position and simply walked off from the friendly chatter they had sat with. He found himself being carried off to the same tent he was introduced to. Had he noticed he was tired?
The man peacefully set him on the bed.
"Go to sleep, you look like shit." Well that was rather forward. Of course, what could you expect out of him? He seemed like a very forward man, one who didn't hold back with his words.
"Okay Katsuki.."Author:
