After leaving Coral Harbor through the portal, the octonauts and the Kratts brothers are going to another country to save another animal. Then a person from Tortuga HQ is trying to communicate to the octonauts and the Kratts brothers to let them know what is happening.
After that conversation from Tortuga HQ, the Kratts brothers have no choice but to help the octonauts with their mission until the Kratts brothers can come back to their HQ. Also Captain Barnacle tell them both that they will do him and his friends do this mission and then help them with saving their friends at their HQ.
After helping the octonauts with their mission of saving a couple of animals, the two groups are going to Tortuga HQ so save their friends. Then they got out of a portal that leads to a deserted island near Tortuga HQ that was full of Tronics that was led by another robot that the Beast Morphers team had warn the two groups about named Scrozzle. Before the Kratts can save their friends inside HQ, they have to stop this first before they have a chance of getting inside.
