I'm probably gonna turn this digital later on (especially cause I don't like Nikei's outfit much, I really want to change it but am terrified to do so on paper), so I'll update this with the digital version if I make it! I'll keep the sketch too, don't worry. Also, the songs around it are just songs that they might be skating to. I was over at a friend's house while drawing this, so she had her playlist on. I think that I'm just projecting my love for skate dates onto them. Here's my dynamic with them! Mikado, while not a prodigy, is pretty darn good at skating. And Nikei... is not. Man can barely stand up. I can imagine him just clinging onto Mikado for dear life, fearing that he's going to fall and break his right hand. But once he learns, he's good at it too. Let's just hope he's a quick learner.
Anyways, I'm thinking that the way to my heart is through skate dates. Mildly concerning considering I can't skate well. Hell, if you read TIYS, you already know that I pretended to be fine and held back tears after I unknowingly broke my damn arm because I didn't want to seem weak which wouldn't even be true because crying is not a sign of weakness, Alex. Honestly I'd love to go on a date at a skating rink (*laughs in can't get a date*) just because I'd get shown up so bad and then probably break my arm. Fun times!
Mini ramble aside, hope you enjoy their little skate date. Maybe go listen to some of the songs I scribbled down? They're all good songs, I can assure you. Anyways, stay hydrated and get to bed at a normal time! This is a threat.
