I told Lilith to keep her distance for a while. So far I have only told Blaise that she's my sister.

In a trip to Hogsmede swear I saw Bellatrix. I was probably just being paranoid because of Lilith.

Tonight, I thought, I will ask Lilith about them. About Mum and Dad, I am an accomplished witch and am pretty sure I could hold off Bellatrix until someone arrived. Not to boast or – what the heck, I will boast. I am very, very good.

"Lilith!" I called as she walked in. She rushed over to me.
"Hi Raven!" she said happily.
"Meet me later when everyone is asleep. I want to talk to you." God, I've never sounded this soppy, I hate it! I need to start bossing someone around! It's in my blood.
Later that night I found Lilith sitting on one of the chairs. I sat across from her.

"Okay, what I don't get is why Bellatrix wouldn't want me to know if she let you know, I already know that she has plans for me becoming a death eater, I figured that out years ago." I told Lilith. She looked like she didn't know how to respond. "Our last name isn't really Valentine. Mum gave you up on the day that Muggles celebrate love, Valentine's Day, I believe." She said.
"So tell me our last name."
"I can't."
"Tell me!" I protested. She shook her head eyes slightly teary. "Nothing is going to happen." I told her.
"Tell me, please." I pleaded with my newfound younger sister.
She opened her mouth and I saw a flash of light in the corner of my eye, then Lilith clutched her hands to her head and collapsed off the chair writhing and screaming in pain. I knelt next to her alarmed as she screamed and rolled over the floor. I caught her hand. "Lilith!" I screamed.  Crabbe, Goyle, Pansy and a bunch of other students flooded into the common room. Blaise looked unsure of what to do so I yelled at him, I yelled at all of them. "Go and get someone! We need to get her to Madame Pomfrey!" I yelled. I knew that Madame Pomfrey could do nothing but it was better than staying and watching Lilith scream and cry out in pain. I stroked her hair on impulse as she clawed at the carpet. After a few minutes Pansy returned with a swarm of teachers who pushed me away from Lilith. Madame Pomfrey looked at her and cast a worried look at McGonagall. I fought to go to Lilith but Blaise held me back as the teachers carried Lilith to the hospital wing. Blaise was the only one who knew, the only one that understood.

4 minutes later Lilith calmed and I was allowed to sit by her all night with McGonagall's approval. She was exhausted and slept for a long time. I didn't sleep. I worried how Lilith could have been cursed. No one was in the room with us? Or yet maybe not. That flash of light I saw, could that have been, no, Bellatrix? It must have been what caused it because I daresay no Slytherin would curse Lilith. I was sure we were alone, but Lilith was cursed after the light. I wonder who.

I woke up with a very sore neck and found Lilith was already awake. "Hi." She said, cheery enough.
"Do you know what happened to you?" I asked. She shook her head. I inhaled deeply, I wasn't about to tell her either so I just shook my head too. I left her to rest and went back to the common room where I met and spoke to Blaise.

"She was cursed right?" he asked. I nodded,
"Yeah, Crucio." I said.
"Raven, I don't mean to alarm you, but you're a mess, you need to pull your act together, for everyone who used to be terrified of you." He said with a slight laugh.
"You know what Blaise? Your right. I haven't been myself and I can't fuss over her, I hardly know her." But inside, I knew, that was the reason I WAS fussing, because I hardly knew her.

I started going back to classes but got caught up with animagus stuff. I was suprised McGonagall was still willing to teach me considering everything going on.  I went back to the room of requirement for the first time this year only to find it full of a bunch of students. It must be Dumbledores army hiding from the new teachers. Alecto and Amycus Carrow.

Lilith recovered and was back to normal soon enough. Nothing was worse than the strange looks I got in the halls, I feared I was losing my touch, I need to be mean to someone. So I found Seamus Finnigan on his way to the Gryffindor common room. Perfect. "So, Finnigan. Got over me yet?" I didn't let him say anything, "You do realise I wouldn't go anywhere near a half-blood like yourself right?" I could see he was getting annoyed with me. "Shove off Valentine." He said. I shrugged and blew him a kiss. I walked off, long legs making me taller than him and gave for a good exit. Ha ha. I was starting to feel more like myself now. Good.
