Raven Valentine (Harry Potter Fan-Fiction) (Completed)

Chapter 6

I fell asleep at 10 only to be woken by Pansy some 20 minutes later. "What is it Pansy?" I sighed. Her lower lip trembled and her hands shook. "Pansy?" I asked again sitting up.
"Bell-aa-trixx" Pansy stuttered. I jumped up and ran into the common room. Students were rushing out of the dorm,  Crabbe, Goyle and Blaise. I stepped closer in the dim light and gasped. Bellatrix was holding Lilith, kicking and screaming, by the hair. "Let. Her. Go." Blaise stepped behind me but I pushed him back. All the while looking at Bellatrix.  
"She's Raven's sister." Bellatrix laughed pointing her wand at Lilith's throat.
"Let her go Bellatrix." I pretty much growled.
"Hmm, No!"
"Raven!" Lilith sobbed.
"I won't ask about my parents, I will become a death eater! Just let Lilith go!" I stepped forward. I drew my wand and lifted it slightly. "Oh, clever girl, you know exactly what I came for."
"Raven no! Bellatrix is..." she was cut off by Bellatrix apparating. A second later Bellatrix was back. "Where is Lilith!?" I rushed toward her. Bellatrix held up Lilith's wand. "No!" I screamed at her.
"Oh hush Raven! Lilith is... in a better place." Then she laughed and laughed. Snape rushed in to the common room. Bellatrix blew him a kiss then disappeared. "No! Bellatrix! Come back!" but nothing happened. I pulled out my wand and pointed it at Snape. "Miss Valentine, lower your wand."
"Bring her back. Get her back! Go get Lilith! Someone do so-me-thing." The last word was broken up with sobs. I collapsed to the ground and sobbed. Snape looked at me, McGonagall and Madame Pomfrey arrived. I hadn't moved from the spot Bellatrix had been standing. "Oh my dear." Madame Pomfrey lifted me into sitting position. I wasn't crying any more. Just unresponsive. And I stayed like that. For 2 weeks. Not moving, I barely ate, I didn't talk. I just sat there in the hospital wing unfeeling. I watched as Blaise and Pansy visited me. Blaise sat by me most of the time but he still had to go to classes. I didn't speak to him. I didn't speak to anyone. Until Draco.

The 2 weeks after Bellatrix, Raven in the hospital wing.

I was lying as usual, thinking of those last moments with Bellatrix, replaying over and over in my head, Alecto Carrow had come to see me regarding Muggle Studies, Ugh, not that she cares about Lilith. Alecto's a death eater and so is Bellatrix. But then I had a different visitor. A cloud of black smoke flew into the room and formed a body nest to my bed. Draco. I nearly blinked. "Raven?" Draco asked looking down at me. I didn't move. "What happened to you?" He asked wandering around the bed. Then Blaise walked in, he startled Draco who drew his wand in a flash. "Zabini?" Draco cocked his head to the side. "Malfoy," Blaise nodded. 
"What happened to her?" Draco asked. So Blaise filled him in. By the end I could see Draco's face out of the corner of his eye, he was appalled, at his aunt. He turned to me. "I'm sorry Raven," he whispered and turned to leave. I slowly and smoothly reached out a hand. Draco turned and saw it. he quickly stepped back and grasped my hand. "I am sorry" He said, than disappeared in a cloud of black smoke.

Blaise came to find me in a hurry one night.  I smiled. "I swear that is the first time you've smiled since the last time you teased Finnigan." He smiled. "Here I'll help you up." He grabbed my hand and pulled me up so I was sitting. I stretched my arms and legs and rolled my head on my neck. I swung my legs so they were just touching the ground. I stood and swayed. Blaise grabbed my arm and steadied me. "Thanks." I said walking on my own. To stretch even more I transformed into a snaked slithered back and forth. Blaise didn't look fussed. I transformed back and raised an eyebrow. "Pansy kept going on about that bloody snake, no one in their right mind that wasn't you would try and scare Pansy as a snake, she's crazy!" Blaise laughed. I rubbed my back where I was still slightly bruised from Pansy using the dreaded blasting curse on me. "I figured that out." I muttered.   

"Draco  told me something while you were out," Blaise started saying, as we walked beck to the common room. "Something's coming, after what happened between McGonagall and Snape - Oh you missed that, Snape and McGonagall dueled and Snape fled." (I'm going off the books for this!) Something is happening and Potter's back. I came back here to get you immediately after. The Dark Lord wants us to give him Potter, or they attack. Pansy said something and now the Slytherins are being punished.  The Dark Lord is coming Raven. Who do we fight for?
