It Begins

Previously on My Traitor: Once everyone arrived, Aizawa started the class.

"Alright shitheads let's start." Denki couldn't help but notice that Aizawa's usual unfriendly greeting didn't have the same fuel behind it as it usually did. To be fair, it didn't usually have a lot of fuel behind it anyways, but this greeting surpassed everyone's wildest dreams and succeeded in making Aizawa seem even more like a depressed wine mom with too many kids to take care of than they ever could have imagined. The teacher's half hearted attempt at normalcy seemed to succeed only in raising the tension further, so that even Kirishima's very manly permanent smile had faded.

"Today in class, as you know, we will be showing you ways to find a traitor among you. More specifically, we will be figuring out ways to tell if people are lying. One of the techniques is knowing everyone around you's 'tells', or little things they do that indicate that they might be lying. Tells are different depending on the person, so we will have to figure them out for each and every one of you. No questions because I don't want to answer them." He said, staring pointedly at Midoriya's raised hand, earning a shrug in response. "Ok y'all," He sighed, "Get into groups of four and be quick about it, I'm really not in the mood." Despite his snappy tone his face softened a little bit when he saw how tense and worried his k̶i̶d̶s̶ students really were.

Denki immediately inserted himself between Bakugo and Kirishima, causing Bakugo to scowl and Kirishima to fist bump him. Sero plopped down a minute later, after first making sure Mineta wasn't paired with any girls. "Okkkk, now that you little shits are all finally paired up let's get started."
