Chicago: Sam's POV

The curtain opens and Jay runs inside looking worried. ''Sam, you okay? You didn't answer my call..'' He tells me. I look up at him. ''I'm totally fine Jay, calm down. Just a little headache that's all. Will ordered me a CT.'' I say to him. Jay looks at Will. ''What do you say?'' He asks him. ''Well I think she has a concussion as she probably hit the ground or wall pretty hard. Her eye movements are a little behind so I ordered a CT to be sure. The nurses will pick her up anytime soon.'' He speaks. ''Okay, how did this happen Sam? School also told us you possibly had a panic attack. What is that about?'' Jay asks me. ''Oh I don't know. I was in class and started to feel sick. So I asked the teacher if I could go to bathroom because I felt sick. He let me go and in the bathroom I threw up and when I tried to stand up I fell.'' I explain to my brothers quickly. They both seem not to believe me but then April comes in. ''Let's get you to CT little one.'' She smiles. As long as I remember everyone called me little one. It comforts me and makes me feel save. She brought a wheelchair and helps me to get in. ''See you soon brothers Halstead.'' I smile to Jay and Will as April brings me away.

Chicago: No one's POV

Jay and Will are left behind in Trauma 4 while they wait for Sam to come back for CT. ''Do you believe her?'' Jay asks Will. ''Nope, she is hiding something but I don't know what it is.'' He answers. Jay nods. ''That's my feeling as well. She answered to quickly and she seems sad. Like something worse is coming or happened. I don't know..'' Connor walks in Trauma 4. '''Hey guys, do you mind waiting in the waiting room, we kinda need this room it's a emergency.'' He asks. ''Sure, we'll wait over there.'' Will says. Jay and Will walk outside Trauma 4 and go inside the waiting room.

Chicago: Sam's POV

April brings me to CT where they go scan my head. I stand up while April supports me and I feel getting sick again. I hold the bed and squeeze in the matress. April sees what I'm doing and asks ''You okay? You're pale as what little one.'' I look at her. ''I'm fine, just need to lay down.'' I say to comfort her. ''Okay then, lay down.'' She tells me. I do what she says and she puts a blanket over me. ''I'l be in the other room if you need me okay?'' I nod. The scan begins.

A little while later

''So little one, your done. Let me bring you back to your brothers.'' April smiles. I nod. She helps me to get of the table and puts me in the weelchair again. Then we get out of the room and go back to the ED. She brings me into the breakroom as that is where Will and Jay moved. ''Hey there she is'' Will smiles. ''How did it go?'' Jay asks me. ''Oh you know, felt like I was in a cannon or something. Pretty cool.'' I laugh. We all laugh and wait for the results to come in. After a while Will gets called by April. She hands him over the tablet and he looks at it. I see him frown and I get a little worried. Jay sees it and takes my hand. Will comes back in. ''Well it is what I thought. You have a concussion.'' He tells me while he kneels down and shows me the tablet. I look at it. ''Okay.. What now, I have soccer practice tonight.'' I ask. ''You can't go to your practice. Next week can you go but you'll have to take some rest now. Otherwise it will only get worse.'' Will explains. I nod. ''Okay then.'' I tell him. Jay stands up ''I'll take the rest of the day off and bring you home.'' ''I can take care of myself Jay, you shouldn't ditch work for me..'' I say. ''Oh shut it, let's go.'' He stops me. Will gives me a kiss on my forehead. ''Take care Sam, I'll check in with you a couple times today so be available.'' I nod and show my phone. I get up out of the wheelchair and Jay supports me while we walk to his car. ''Take some rest little one, you look like you need it'' Connor says when he walks by. He squeezes my shoulder. I smile and continue to the exit. Jay opens the door for me and I get in. He gets in the other side and we drive home.
