So you may have noticed that sometimes I spell words like 'twitter' and 'reddit' as 'tweeter' and 'readdit' but never to fear because that is all intentional.

Why you may ask? (Or not...if it's not important) I honestly just thought it'd be funny to replace them with different spellings. It's like when you're watching an episode of BoJack Horseman and they ironically misspell the names of certain celebrities but factually have the correct names for every other person.

Okay I'm going to stop rambling now. If you made it this far into my bs then you deserve a cookie. And one with no raisins.

"Well well if it isn't Anaishe. Awoken from her tomb, raised from the dead."

I let out a huff, shaking my head. "Why is everyone acting like I've been away on a study-abroad program and just got back after months of being on a hiatus?" I questioned.

Reece laughed, giving me a shrug. "I dunno. Maybe it's cause I haven't seen you in like two weeks."

I gave the girl a tired expression. "I know, I know. But I'm here now and free for the time being ay?"

"Haha I was kidding. I'm pretty busy too. I just started learning about quantum physics. You have no idea what that's doing to my mental health right now," she explained, shivering at the last thing she said.

I furrowed my eyebrows in disgust and shook my head. "Even the name sounds like it is going to be herpes on a stick."

"Pfft. It's worse than herpes that's for sure. I feel like I'm getting beat with a sharp rod every time I attend that class. You can't even skip class or you will feel like you're months behind."

I gave her a sympathetic look. "Good luck."

"Naught to fear, I have music keeping me sane." She took out her phone and showed me an album cover that caused me to raise an eyebrow.

"Zin is dropping an album this Friday?"

Reece gave me an enthusiastic nod. "Uh huh. It's going to be fire. I listened to some of the leaks and saw the track-list. He's clear."

I scoffed. "You say he's clear for every project he drops."

"Hey it's not my fault that everything he produces is literally gold on a diamond plate. This album is apparently rock inspired too so just imagine him rapping on that beat."

"Maybe Jeremiah's gonna play some of his new songs at the party. Which you are definitely coming to, no ifs," I informed.

She let out a raspberry sound. "Ehh can't you just go with Favour?"

"Why? Don't want to come?"

"It's not that I don't want to go it's just the whole atmosphere of drunk men who don't understand boundaries. And then a fight breaks out because this nigga was hitting on this other nigga...it's just messy. Though saying that out loud made me realise that I actually love chaos so I'm onboard. Make sure there's beef Ishe." Reece gave me a serious look towards the end, causing me to cackle.

"I'll try."

Reece was a tad bit chaotic but she was still great company. I met her halfway into my first year at college and we hit it off. It took Reece and Favour a bit longer to see eye to eye as they were two different people. Favour being the more cautious one of the group whilst Reece loved doing something outlandish if the opportunity was present. The two contrasting mortals would, at times, clash at their social differences, but ultimately they still cared for one another as much as you would expect two friends who were very opposite in nature. And I would have to step in and be the fire extinguisher to make sure that the fights would not escalate into something headache-inducing. Thankfully, they haven't really gotten into an argument in a really long time and have shown to bond over their obsession with Zin and the rest.
