Aoi was the fastest swimmer in the ocean, maybe even the world. Sakura was the best at hand-to-hand (hand-to-fin?) combat. They always worked out together and were best friends. ..Best friends.
Hina was out swimming one day, when she saw Sakura. "Sakura!! Hey!! The swimmer said enthusiastically. "Hello, Hina." Sakura said, smiling. "What are you doing?" Aoi asked, also smiling. "Not much. What about you?" "I was just going to get donuts!" (Like, the sea equivalent lmao) "Hm.. Do I even have enough coins for donuts..?" She frowned, checking her wallet. "I could pay." Sakura said kindly "You would?? Thank you so much!!" Aoi grinned. So they made their way to the donut shop.
When they arrived, it all went according to plan, until Sakura smiled and said.. "Aoi, I've loved you for so long. Will you be my girlfriend?" Aoi smiled. "Of course!!"
