He has a body and face under the Plague Doctor mask but he believes he lost his identity when he decided to be a doctor so he refused to remove them soon they became a part of his body.
But there's a description of what I thought he would look like.
The plague doctor once was a tall, gangly man with long curly red hair. His blue and green eyes often had dark shadows around them.
He has pale skin with freckles scattered across his cheeks and nose. He has a prominent aquiline nose, a sharp jaw, and defined cheekbones.
He wears a white dress-shirt tucked into his pants which were a dark navy waistband with two tassels separates the top from tight pants that end in knee-high boots and wore black leather gloves.
Scp-049 hates the way he looks.
He and Scp-049-j are related.
Despite Scp-049-j tricking the scientists into thinking that he doesn't have a face.
He really looks like this :
Scp-049-j was a svelte young man with golden brown skin, long fluffy red hair, and deep turquoise eyes. He has a mischievous grin, and dimples appear on his cheeks when he laughs. He use to wear a white doctor's uniform that has a black beetle brooch at the neck and an apron with a pocket full of surgical tools and long black gloves.
