••••••••••••3 days before schoolstart••••••••••••

Christmas break had actually been great. Sirius and I spent almost every second togheter. I found out very quickly that he was a great father. The only negative thing about Grimmuald Place 12 is Kreacher and my grandmother.

I stood looking at the family tree on the wall. Sirius's picture was burned off and for some reason. My name was standing on the wall like the rest of my relatives.

«You wouldn't have liked them» Sirius spoke, suddenly standing behind me. I turned around to look at him.

«Why is my name on the wall?» I asked turning to face the wall again.

«I don't know.. Maybe my mother thought you would be with them at some point» He answered.

«Hm..»

Sirius told me about him, James and Remus when they went to Hogwarts. He had a lot of funny stories about their pranks and he told me how they created the Marauders map.
«But enough about that. I want to hear about your life at Hogwarts» Sirius said taking a sip of his tea.

«It's not as exciting as yours...»

«I want to hear about it either way» He answered with a smile.

«Alright... Ehm... first year I stepped on Snape's cloak and strengled him. On accident of course»
Sirius started to laugh. He had told me stories about his and Snapes rivalry. «I got detention for 2 weeks» I chuckled. «In my second year I spilled a poisonous potion at Harry.. Potter obviously. Snape gave me 2 weeks detention and 5 housepoints»

«Was Harry okey?» He asked concearned.

«Oh yes. We didn't become friends, but I talked to him sometimes after that» Sirius smiled at the thought of me and Harry getting along before we met Sirius.

«Third year was wild. The basilisk froze me. The fourth year, I met you and Remus» I said smiling. «And this year, the tournament. Which is crazy» I said looking down and realising that my life hadn't been boring the last two years. It really never was boring, it was just like the rest of the students except of the guilt and grief thing I felt. There were probably other students with similar problems (except the killing part), but I wouldn't know.

«A lot of things happened for you last year and this year» Sirius said.

«I guess it has..» I agreed with a small smile.
We kept on talking for a while before he got into the Yule Ball subject.

«How did your Yule ball go?» He asked with kind of a serious look on his face. «Did you have a...date..?»

«Mhm...» I said choking on my tea. «It was fun...» I lied trying to sound happy.

«Did you have a date?» He asked now more sternly. Sirius and I had grown a lot closer and he was starting to act like my father. He was being more strict now than before and wanted to know more things about me. I actually like it.

«Mhm..» I muttered, clearing my throat.

«Who was it?» He asked, looking at me.

«..Ehm.. It was George..» I muttered while taking a sip of my tea. «The ball is the reason we're arguing now..»

Sirius got quiet for a second before he cleared his throat. «Are you two...-?» He asked nervously.

«No» I took another sip. «He's not my boyfriend... anymore...» I muttered.

«You had a boyfriend? And you didn't think to tell me that? Or tell Remus?» He asked sternly.
«Stuff like that is important. Do we need to have a talk?»
