The weeks passed and George and I wasn't talking to each other. Not that we should. He was always with clingy Courtney, but I had actually grown closer to Harry. Both me and Harry were Triwizard Champions so we talked a lot about that. We also talked about Sirius and I told him that I had stayed at his house at Christmas. «I can't wait to see Sirius again, in person» Harry said.
«Me neither» I agreed while we sat out in the courtyard. We were supposed to study, but we mostly talked about Sirius and a little bit about Remus.
Regina showed up and dragged me away up to our room to talk. «Y/n, tell Clary that Adrian Pucey would not be a good boyfriend» Regina said as we stood in front of Clary's bed.
«Adrian is horrible» I said.
«But he was nice to me yesturday!» She shouted.
«He's not nice in general!» We all yelled at her.
«Don't get a boyfriend either way. It sucks» I said sitting down on my bed.
«You didn't say it sucked when you were with George. Only after» Zoe added to our conversation.
«It turned out to suck» I said laying down. I turned to lay on my side and I stared at a picture next to my bed. It was the picture was of Sirius and his friends. I'd cut out Peter though.
I fell asleep and had my usual nightmares.
I woke up the next day and walked down to the kitchen to get some breakfast alone. I walked through the painting of the fruitbowl and saw George in the kitchen alone. I walked over to an elf and he handed me a sandwich and I was ready to walk out when George stopped me.
«You can sit here with me»
I turned around to find Georges eyes on me.
«I wouldn't want to disturb you» I said as an excuse.
«You wouldn't» He said slightly smiling. I hesitated and turned around to sit down. I slightly smiled at him as I took a bite of my sandwich. «What have you been up to lately?» He asked while eating a croissant.
«Nothing much. There was no new clue in the lake to what the next quest would be..» I answered him.
«Hm..» He muttered. «Can I ask why I was your stolen posession..?»
I cleared my throat at his question. «I don't know. I guess they didn't know about us...» I nervously continued to eat my sandwich.
He nodded and kept on eating his food.
After a while I stood up and got ready to walk to the Great hall and meet up with Regina before class started. «Do you have to go?» George said and stood up.
«Classes start soon» I answered looking over at the exit.
«You could skip them» He suggested, slightly smiling.
I looked at him with butterflies in my stomach, but it was not going to happen. «You got Courtney. And we're not friends» I said and walked out of the kitchen.
Let me be.. I don't need this
I got up to the Great hall and met up with Regina. «We've got Divination first...» She muttered.
«Yeah...» I answered. «I don't think I can handle Trewlany right now...»
We walked into the Divination classroom and sat down around one of the tables.
«Today we will be reading tea leaves» Trewlany said, looking crazy as always.
She handed out cups and made us drink our tea. I finished and I was ready to read my future. «I see a heart... and an arrow..» I muttered. «Great, I'm gonna get shot with an arrow in my chest»
«No» Regina said laughing. «Heart means luck in love or something»
«That's just stupid» I muttered. «I don't want that. I'd rather get shot»
The school day went quickly by. I walked up the stairs to the common room when someone walked out in front of me and slapped me across my face. «What did you do that for!?» I yelled while holding a hand on my cheek.
«Can't you stay away from George?!» Courtney yelled in my face.
«What the hell? I am staying away from him!»
«Kathrine said that she saw you two togheter!» She yelled. The portraits around us were now very quiet and I could see that they were listening in on our conversation. Arseholes...
«You shouldn't listen to that bitch..» I said in a low, angry voice.
«Kathrine is my friend! She would never lie to me!» She yelled, and slapped me across my face once more. I quickly pulled out my wand and pointed it at her neck.
«Leave!» I shouted and tilted my head to the right, signalising that she should go now.
She put her hands slightly up and walked down the stairs. I lowered my wand, something I shouldn't have done. She took the oportunity to draw her wand at me and shouted a spell.
«Bombarda!» She shouted and a small explotion hit me and I was thrown back into the portrait of The Fat Lady.
I landed on my back, so I rolled over on my stomach and tried go get up. I pulled my wand out slowly and shot a spell back at her.
«Stupify!» I shouted and she was thrown down the stairs. I crawled over to the edge of the stairs and saw that she had landed infront of a tall ginger. He tried to help Courtney get up, but she pointed her finger at me. He looked up to see me looking down at them. Courtney got to her feet and she was ready to run up the stairs, but George lifted her off the ground and carried her away so she couldn't kill me.
I lied my head down in pain of what had just happened. I heard the portrait open and out came Fred. «Y/n? Why are you laying on the floor?» He asked walking over to me.
«Your twin's 'girlfriend' used Bombarda on me..» I groaned, looking away from Fred. He lent out his hand for me to take, but I just crossed my arms.
«C'mon Y/n» He commanded and tried to pick me up. I tried to hold on to the floor so he couldn't pick me up, but he's much stronger than me.
«No. No. No» I whined as he picked me up. He said the portrait password and carried me into the common room. He muttered the floating spell on us and we floated up the stairs.
He opened the door and walked into my dorm room. He put me down on my bed and placed the covers over me. He muttered a healing spell and I felt better right away. «Thank you» I sighed.
«No problem» He sighed.
«Aren't you mad at me?» I asked looking up at him.
«I'm really mad at you, but I couldn't let you lay there in pain» He said walking towards the door. «I wouldn't mind if you hurt Courtney back, she's really annoying. I should never have introduced George and Courtney»
«I used Stupify on her. She fell down the stairs» I said with a chuckle.
«Push her of the Astronomy Tower next time» Fred said with a grin. I chuckled at his words. «Get some rest Y/n» He said before leaving my room.
