Chapter 3

*The next day*

William wakes up next to his cat Monty. He sat up and tried to think about what had happened yesterday, but...Oh! Right. Henry. William didn't notice that that would've ever happen from Henry. Not to notice. Henry was his partner! And his dearest friend. "Damnit...."..He got up from his bed as he petted his pet and looked at his clock. "Shit!" William knew he was going to be late for work. So as he got up to brush his teeth and put on his clothes, he made it to the door.

If he haven't overslept he would've had made himself a coffee. But too damn late now. As he got out of the door, he drove 16 minutes to the pizzeria from his house. It wasn't that far from his house so he at least thought he could just make it in time. He realized he lost Chris..he knew that the day was just going to start shitty for him...but. The thought of Henry was just going to make his day. Still though..he had to be cool with Mike so William doesn't make a fool out of himself.

*10 mins later William arrives to the pizzeria*

He first opens the door when he had been greeted by his and Henry's boss. "Corporate".
"Hey William. Your kinda a few hours late. But..l know your having struggles with some things. So l can accept it for now. *hugs william*
*!* William is in quite shock as his own boss hugs him. Corporate wasn't that kinda huggable person when William started to get to know him. But..for god sake...Chris just died yesterday. Of course people around here would comfort him and notice him that other people are here for him. He was even surprised that he worked today. But it was worth it. William hugs back as they hug for a brief moment.

Henry came out of his office as he looked around to see what was going on. He suddenly spotted William and Corporate. While Henry was looking at them he began to feel some sort of....Jealousy. Henry knew it was just a hug. And was probably just a hug for the reason of Chris's death. Henry than walked in a corner of the pizzeria and stood there looking at them two.

*They both letted go of each other* William looks up at his boss. "..Thank you Corporate..for at least comforting me." "Anytime Will. Just..be careful around your eldest son okay? Just take your time. Nobody's rushing you."...William just thought. He would think of what he was going to do with his life right now. But he needed some time. "Alright..l'll try and think about it." "Okay William. You don't have to do paperwork today. It would make it more stressful for you. You can do anything..or you can just take the day off and rest more at home." "Thank you boss..but l think I'll stay today." I smiled at my boss kind fully as he nods. "See you around William and again..sorry for your loss." "Thank you so much...l'll be fine."

Corporate soon walks off as l look around to see if l can find Henry. Let alone of what happened yesterday, William didn't think they were together. He knew they were just friends. If he could remember..Henry even said to William that he could stay with Henry and be with him. To make William happy. He just thought that that was a friendly thing that came from Henry's mouth. Their very close. But let's just see what happens next.

William walks more and felt such a touch on his shoulder. He turned his head to the right and saw Henry. Gets flustered a little but goes away.

"Henry! There you are." Hey Will. Why did you come to work today? You cou- *william than cut Henry's talking* l wanted to be here today. *looks at Henry* Henry looks back at William. "....alright then. Look..William...l'm totally sorry about yesterday..l know we're just friends. I just you know...got carried away as usual.

William was surprised. I mean he knew Henry was going to apologize when he first got here. But he didn't realize he was going to do that so suddenly and that fast. "It's alright hen. It's like your blaming yourself went it's not. I know when we..did it....it was a bad time. But you at least made me feel better."
