According to Matt Healy who says he keeps his 100% honesty trademark with all his songs sadly the story dosent end happily so I made a appropriate ending according to Matty Healy. sorry for all you hopeless romantics but in reality this is how it ended and yes the whole concept of this book was a real story. I'd like to thank my friend Della who helped me write some of my books and I'd like to thank afraidirwin who took me to see the 1975. I hope everyone who has taken time to read my book and vote for it thoroughly enjoyed it. please leave me a comment telling me what you thought
Thank you

READ THE NOTE BEFORE READING THE ACTUAL CHAPTER VERY IMPORTANT^

After Luke saw Laila kissing another guy his whole world started crashing down. He tried so hard to be everything to hard.

As he walked away he contemplated whether or not he should give her the time of day. Why should he have to put up with her.

"Hey Luke" Calum says as he walks past

"Fuck off" Luke snaps

Why the hell would she do this?

Laila- let me explain everything please

Luke- no it's best if you let me for now

Laila- lets talk tomorrow

He didn't reply because well he couldn't tell whether he could see her face again. No, he wasn't her boyfriend but she basically led him on so badly.

The next day Luke walked past Laila and she purposely made it seem like she didn't care what happened to see his reaction.

"What a creep" one of her friends say

As he walks off she chases after him.

"Following me isn't going to resolve anything" luke says without looking back

"Luke stop" she says as she grabs his arm

"Laila if you think I am a creep and only want to get in your pants you have to be so delusional to the fact that the whole time we have been together you have acted as if you loved me. I believed it. Why would you dare throw it in my face" he yells

"I-i" she stutters

"Your speech less wow. I'd think from such a smart girl you'd have words to say" he sighs

"Look I'm sorry" Laila looks at her feet

"I think we shouldn't be friends at all. I mean it." Luke says

"Yep" Laila says

He hugs her tightly and kisses her head.

"It was a pleasure spending time with you. Thanks" he smiles

She smiles and nods "same here"

"Bye" he says

"Bye" she frowns

They walk away in opposite directions, Luke feels empty but it was good. He no longer had to be up to someone expectations it was just sad because she was the most beautiful girl he's ever laid eyes on. Laila felt bad because she liked Luke.

Ever since that day they moved on still seeing each other an muttering a quiet hi or bye but it was enough. She may have been his for seconds but she was way out of his league ever since the start.

The end.
