Start your book with a disclaimer, like no plagiarizing, and no rude comments etc.
It shows that you are serious about it all. Then give a character chapter . Describe all your characters and give them a nice description, something catchy (I will come to the vocab later).
Then publish a prologue!
Your prologue is very very very important. You can start a book without it, but if you are planning on writing a prologue, it has to be very catchy.
A climax scene in the book which will make your readers hooked on to it.
Make sure your prologue has your best sentence formation and best words.
Now start with the chapters.
