As the older kids walked in Everest was getting some books and Myth was in a corner already reading , Klaus was at a table, reading while Ayumi was getting tons of books to read, Amethyst would grab a chair and hop on it to reach the top shelf grabbing a book about algebra. Amethyst would sit on the floor reading her book next too Elianna who was reading a book to Angie. Everest would glare at Atlas and roll his eyes a bit , Atlas would stare at him and smirk lifting his glasses with his ring and middle finger and opening his book and watching as Mina sat next to him laying her head down instead of reading, "Are you tired Mina?" -- "Yes. Very tired. Sleeping in the grass wasn't enough time." Mina said as she sighed and tilted her head towards Atlas, "Oh, take a nap during lunch time so you won't miss the test." -- "I don't care if I miss it! we always test I'm tired of it..." Atlas would place his chin on his hand reading his book while listening to Mina rant , not getting annoyed by it. Ezekiel would come in running grabbing books that we're supposed to be for 5 year old's and lower . "Ezekiel the toddlers are taking their nap right now..why do you have baby boo-" -- "THEY'RE FOR KATARINA AND ME WE'RE BOTH BORED , IF ONLY SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO REST!" Ezekiel would run to the infirmary holding the books on top of his head , Mother would follow and see Ezekiel and Katarina flipping through the picture books that were for 3 year old's, mother would look at katarina's hair and still see twigs and grass in it , Mother chuckled a bit then turned back around clearing her throat and watching the other children. Klaus would walk over to the isle Myth was in and peek over at him , "Whatcha reading?"-- "a book." Myth would reply back , "Psh I know that but what kind?"-"Ehm.." Myth would turn over his book and point to the title , "Can you read that?" Klaus would stare and nod "Yes I can read , I'm not that dumb you know." Myth would smirk and look at the boy "Whoops." Klaus walked to the next isle down and grabbed a book, Mother would turn to father Hiko clearing her throat, "Hiko, watch them. I'll be with Katarina, Myth come help me ." Myth would put the book back and begin to walk behind mother. Mother would hum a song while stiring the soup she made and placing a bowl on the counter, Myth would get closer to her and see the list of children's names and numbers. "763618" the list read with the name "Katarina Osephill" Myth would stare at mother in shock gasping a bit , "W-why is her named checked off?" Mother would turn and look at the boys pale/shocked face , and begin smiling creepily."I think it's about time she got "adopted." She can't stay here forever, it'll be her birthday gift." Myth would look up at her and mumble "no" mother turned around and looked at him "Did you say someth-"-"Don't plan on shipping her Mother, for your sake it'll be less suspicious." Myth would try to make an excuse to save his friend. "How so?" Mother Persephone would lean back on the counter cupping her hands together and grinning watching Myth. The boy would look up trying to hide his fear and anger clutching his fist together then breathing and looking directly at mothers eyes , "Katarina is loud kid...we both know that, Ezekiel is always with her. He recognizes her voice and if she was to see that thing the first thing she'll do it scream for someone. Kid's will get suspicious and want to see what's going on." Mother Persephone would turn around and pour soup in a bowl and say "I guess...you have a point Myth." Myth would look up relieved that he changed her mind , Mother would look over the list and erase Katarina off and mark "Ruth Winston" Mother turned to Myth and handed him the bowl of soup and a piece of bread and put a spoon inside the soup and smiled. "Go give this to Katarina dear." Myth nodded and walked out looking at mother cleaning the counter. Myth would walk into the infirmary and put the soup and bread down on the table next to her , "FANKS MYF!" Katarina would give him a thumbs up and smile , Myth happy and relieved he didn't have to worry about not seeing the cheerful girl for the last time. After a few minutes father Hiko cleared his throat and said in a loud and clear voice "Testing time children! put your books away and go take a seat." Elianna would walk to the playroom with Angie , "Yo! Elianna we're testing come on!" Ayumi would yell, Elianna turned around gave her a soft smile "I'm just leaving Angie here i'll be there right now !" Ayumi nodded and walked in the test room pushing Klaus and Atlas to beat them to the front seat , More and more kids would walk in as Father opened the door. "Angie stay here for a little okay? Me and everyone will be testing for..." Elianna would look up at the clock and look back down at Angie "Like an hour? Maybe less but stay here with limmy okay?" Angie would nod and smile at her and watched her as she walked out . "Sit children!" Father Hiko would say while walking to the front of the room. Mina and Amethyst would wait at the door way for Elianna, Atlas holding the door open for everyone who would come in Klaus flipped his scarf over his shoulder as he came in and patted Atlas's shoulder and gave him a lazy grin and said "Thanks buddy, I'm glad my servants know their king is coming through!" Klaus chuckled at his own joke and walked to his seat. Everest would walk in and purposely step on Atlas's shoes and look up at him "Oh my! I had no idea you were there!" -- "Wow that's surprising considering you have contacts. Ah must be because your short right?" The two boys would start glaring at each other , "That's enough boys." Mother Persephone would walk in between them and push them apart and watched Everest sit down. "Goodness do the two of you ever stop hating each other?" Atlas would chuckle and mumble "nope." As everyone walked in Amethyst , Mina and Elianna would each take a seat next to each other . "KLAUS YOU LITTLE SHIT GET YOUR LEGS OFF MY SEAT YOU BIT-"--"AYUMI WE DO NOT CURSE IN HERE." Father would exclaim in an angrily voice , "Sorry." Ayumi said as she lowered her voice. Mother would walk to the back of the room and stand near the lights , Father would clear his throat and watch as everyone took a seat, then would smile "Wonderful everyone's here, this test will be based on what you have studied . Best of luck to all of you! You may now begin." Mother flicked the lights and everyone would turn their monitor on and begin scanning the first bar-code. Fear and anxiety would go over the children as they scanned the bar-codes a few shaking since they never had a test this serious , Atlas wiping off the sweat from his Forehead, Mina trying to stay awake, Elianna trying to remember what she studied , Amethyst adjusting her headset, Ayumi gulping trying her hardest, Klaus tapping his foot as he tried to concentrate, Everest fixing his sweater, Myth lazily sliding his scanner across almost as if it was nothing important. As time passed Mother and Father would stand at the front waiting and watching the children take off their headsets . Father Hiko would clear his throat and say "Times up!" and watched as the children turned off the monitors and put the headsets down. The children sighed in relief and would begin stretching . A few minutes passed and mother would smirk and wait for the children to look at her , "Test scores will be coming out in 5 minutes. Head to the back of the rooms dears!" The children would walk to the back and push each chair in , and each stand next to each other. "You probably failed like an idiot you are." Ayumi would say to Klaus "Please, don't act like you weren't tearing up during the test because you were scared of getting the question wrong." Ayumi would turn and jump and slap Klaus's head "OH SHUT UP!" Mother Persephone would turn to Ayumi and Klaus and give them a stare, which was their queue to calm down . Mina would put her hair on Elianna's shoulder as if she was trying to sleep "Mina? come on you can't sleep." -- "Oh come on , It was a hard test." Elianna would turn away chuckling at Mina, Father Hiko would clear his throat and smile creepily waiting for their attention , "AHEM." Everyone would look up at father and stand still clutching their fists together. "We will be announcing the top three scores, please do not overreact if you do not make it to the top of the list, As long as you tried your best!" Father would say then turning to Mother Persephone , "Number three, Atlas." everyone would smile and clap congratulating him "WOO ATLAS!" Mina would yell making Atlas smile , "Next, Ayumi congrats!" Ayumi would smile and cheer than turning to Klaus "HAHA DUMBA-" Mother Persephone would cut her off "AH! AYUMI WE DON'T TOLERATE THAT LANGUAGE." Ayumi would nod and stay quiet "Everest." Everest would smile and stick his head up proud that he got a higher score than Atlas . The crowd would applaud, "Well congrats kids, what intelligent brains you have." Father Hiko said as he walked out . They were intelligent, higher chance of putting them in danger.
