The great hall was always fascinating to me, the height of the ceiling seemed endless. With the cozy warmth of each candle in the sky. It was dinner and I decided to sit with George and Fred at the Gryffindor table. George was stuffing his mouth with the pudding that was in front of him. Fred was on my right side and poking my side, this boy is so annoying.

S- "Will you stop that!"

F- "I could but that wouldn't be so fun." Fred then pouted his lips as I slapped his hands away.

George finally stopped eating to laugh at what was going on

G- "Stella are you coming to the Quidditch game tomorrow?"

S- "Of course I'm going, it's the first match of the year, I also have to make sure you both don't die."

Fred and George just made the Gryffindor quidditch team as the beaters. I was quite worried for them, I heard a lot about quidditch and how it is an extreme sport. Seeing them injured would break my heart even more.

G- "Yessss. We have a little cheerleader Freddie."

F & S- "SHUT UP!" Fred and I said in unison which is weird it's usually him and George

George smiled and continued to stuff his face with food, almost like it was going to run out. I looked into Fred's eyes as they landed on mine. I could tell he wanted to say something but he never said anything. It was finally time to head to our common rooms for the night, Fred stopped me before I could leave. Everyone was already out of the great hall; it was just me and him.

F- "sooo, the game is tomorrow against Slytherin. I wanted to know if you could do something for me?"

He looked so nervous and never made eye contact with me

S- "Of course Fred, what is it?"

F- " Will you please wear this tomorrow for the game? As a good luck and also to cheer me and George on."

He then pulled out a red and gold scarf that had a big W at the end. I couldn't help but smile. Is this why he was so nervous?

S- " Of course Freddie, you will see me tomorrow with this on, I will also be the one screaming the loudest. Just please be careful."

Fred's eyes were now locked with mine, he had a huge grin on his face. He was happy and he sighed like a huge weight was lifted off his chest.

F- " I can't promise that when it comes to quidditch Stella."

He laughed and handed me the scarf. We then walked down the halls to the Hufflepuff common room. We then said goodnight and Fred turned and walked away. I couldn't help the way I was feeling about him. It felt like my heart was beating out of my chest. What is this feeling? My smile slowly dropped as I walked into the common room, I can't be feeling this way he was my best friend. It will ruin everything.

The next morning was a breeze since it was Saturday, Finally no classes. As I got ready for the match I couldn't help but think of my best friend. How his eyes sparkle when he pulls a successful prank with his twin, how he laughs and his simple words. No, Stop I can't this is crazy right. I finally snapped out of my trance and wrapped the scarf around my neck, It smelled like him, Like I was in a safe space.

The boys fly up in the air and I automatically yell for them. They seem happy and excited, George looks over at me and waves his hand. He then looks at Fred and smiles

G- " Stella's wearing the scarf mum made you Fred."

F- " I know, I asked her if he can support us in our first game."

Suddenly the game got intense; it was tied up 20 Gryffindor and 20 Slytherins. George and Fred were doing amazing, flying high and low hitting the bludgers away from the team. The Slytherin beater hits the bludger and it flies right at Fred, I screamed for him to move but he couldn't hear me. The bludger makes contact with Fred's chest, knocking him over his boom and harshly lands in the ground.
