Y/n's POV:

A very strange thing had happened today. Technoblade asked me to get materials with him on the smp today so I accepted and here I am.

“Okay so he said to meet at the nether base. He also said to bring beds, pickaxes, and good armor.” I said to my chat and got ready.

I made my way to the nether, my diamond pickaxe in one hand and some cookies made by Niki in the other.

I saw the pig man in armor and ran to him.

“Techno, hello!” I call out with a smile.

“Hullooo.” He greeted with a wave.

“So what are we looking for?” I asked him. He walked down near the large pool of lava and jumped down to the netherrack floor.

“We're getting the debris for more netherite. You need to get anything in the nether? We could get that as well while we're here.” He offered. I shook my head and we went through a tunnel.

He made a 1x2 block area and placed a bed in. He backed up, pushing me behind him and clicked on the bed causing it to explode.

We saw nothing so far and continued looking. After 30 minutes of beds exploding and looking, I noticed a few weird blocks that didn't explode.

“TB! I think I found it!” I call out to the pig man.

The man in the red cloak walked over to me and looked at the block I was pointing at. He smirked and ruffled my hair.

“Good job, you found 4 pieces.” He praised. “Here, climb on my shoulders and mine it with this.” He gave me an enchanted diamond pickaxe and bent down.

I slid on top of his shoulders and mined the brown blocks. 4 pieces of ancient debris. Techno helped me down from his shoulders and we put them in an enderchest he brought.

“Let's keep looking, we're off to a great start.” He said and I gave him a salute.

After about 2 hours of grinding for more of the debris, we found about 10 more pieces. Techno and I made our way to the crimson forest. He claimed that we needed to trade some gold with them for some pearls.

A baby picking ran up to me and attempted to hit me with a stick. I chuckled at the attack and gave them a piece of gold.

The piglin gazed at the ingot with a smile and handed me some quartz before running off.

“What'd you get?” Techno walked up to me from my left. I didn't even notice that he walked away from me.

“I got 15 pieces of quartz, do you need it?” I asked him. He shook his head and guided me to 5 other piglins he trapped in a pit.
