Warnings: curse words, no ship?

Patton was in the middle of making dinner for him and his roommate, Logan, when there was a pounding on his door. Patton grabbed a towel quickly and cleaned off his hands.

"Coming!" Patton called out to whoever was at the door, tossing the towel across his shoulder. He walked to the door, unlocked it, and open up the door to see Remus and Janus. "Oh. Hello guys!! Why are yo-," Patton was cut off by Remus shoving past him, dragging Janus with him, into the apartment.

"Shut the fucking door!!" Remus yelled to Patton. Patton quickly shut the door, locking it. Remus moved to the middle of the living room, still dragging Janus.

Patton was extremely confused, "What's going on?!?" Remus shoved Janus onto the couch and begin making sure all the windows are locked and covered. Patton noticed Janus hugging his arm, "Is your arm ok, Janus?"

"Patton, what's going on in here?" Logan asked coming out of his room, due to all of the noise.

Patton turned, so he was facing Logan, and threw his hands up into the air, "I have no idea what's going on!"

Logan sighed and turned his attention to Janus, "Is your arm alright?"

"I'm fine, I just hit my arm on a doorway on the way here," Janus replied.

Logan nodded and asked, "do you have any idea of what's going on here?" Patton and Remus were yelling at each other about one thing or another. Logan walked over to the couch and sat down next Janus.

"The government made an announcement about some kind of crisis and that everyone needed to stay indoors. You guys place just so happened to be the closest, so we came here," Janus answered, looking over to where Patton and Remus were at.

. . . .

"We can't have a crisis, my schedule is already full."

(I'm going to pretend you didn't say that- I'm sorry I had to. I'll show myself out now . . .)

. . . . Everything seem to stop when he said that. The yelling stopped, all movement stopped, and only sound that could be heard was the food, that Patton was in the middle of making, sizzling on the stove. . . .

"Wait. . . what did you say?" Remus said, turning to face him.

"We can't have a crisis, my schedule is already full," Logan repeated.

Janus stuttered, "what the hell- I- um- you- alright." Remus burst out laughing.

"I'm. . . . . I'm going to go finish dinner," Patton said, walking to the kitchen. Janus chuckled quietly, while Remus, who was still laughing, started making jokes about Logan's statement. Logan quietly stood up from his place on the couch and moved to the doorway of his room. He turned and looked at his friends. A small smile made a way onto his face. Unknown to Logan, Patton watched as the boy, that everyone called a mean and cold person, smiled softly and turned to go back into his room. Moments later, he came back out, with a in hand book, to enjoy the company of his friends. Patton turned to at least try to save their dinner.

528 words. A little bit less than last time but not too bad. Also, I'm so sorry that this is late, so much happened in these past two weeks and I couldn't find the time to finish writing this. Anyway, I've been working on this story and I'm wondering if you guys wanna see a sneak peck of it. By the way, PLEASE leave requests. I'm having so much trouble finding ideas and I've gotten no request so far. Well, that's all! Have a good day/afternoon/night everyone!! <3
