"We're gonna talk you home okay?"
"Why'd my mama sell me? I don't wanna be raped!" Lani cried as Jahseh looked away.
He'd been doing this for years, but it still hurt to see these kids cry like this.
"Hey, it's gonna be okay" Stokeley hugged her as she cried.
"Why? What did I do wrong?" She sobbed, making Jahseh's heart ache.
"Lets go, before they think sum up" Jahseh changed the subject.

"Gek! Xiorra! Come here" Jahseh called for his children as he walked in with Lani.
"Children, this is Lani, she's gonna be staying with us for a while. Lani, this is Gekyume, 14, and Xiorra, 17"
"Hi Lani!" Gek smiled, Lani stared at the ground, her eyes blank and empty.
"You want sum to eat? Lani you can choose"
"No" she mumbled.
This one was gonna be hard, and Jahseh knew what was coming....
