Jungkook was anxious of Taehyung's reaction. He remembered what Joshua told him earlier, to not be afraid because Taehyung loves him back. But here he was too scared to even get out of the car.
His train of thoughts were interrupted when Taehyung knocked on the window. Jungkook immediately unlocked the car and let Taehyung inside.
The only sound heard in car was Taehyung shuffling around to sit properly and wear the seat belt. After a few seconds, it was even more quieter.
Jungkook drove off, the silence was uncomfortable so Taehyung turned on his Bluetooth and connected it to the speaker. He remembered how much the man liked G-dragon and IU, so he decided to play their songs.
Soon, the awkward silence changed into a comfortable one, with the help of the music. They sang along, and had fun during the rest of the drive.

Jungkook stopped the car in front of the gates of the Silverstone pack house.
"About yesterday-" they both said at the same time
"You go first" Taehyung was quick enough to say
"Uh- about last night, i- I'm very sorry about whatever I said I was not in the right state of m-mind it was very unethical of me to- I don't even know i-if you like me back-"
And that's it. Jungkook's heart exploded. The person he fell in love with, just two days ago was now kissing him on the freakin LIPS!
Even though it lasted 3 seconds, it felt like forever.
"S-sleep well" Taehyung stammered and ran out of the car.
Jungkook was still caught in the moment. He slapped himself to get out of the dream, but it wasn't a dream. He was shook, and was still having trouble processing the entire scene.
"Kim Taehyung, KISSED ME?!"

"You sound like a teenager who's crush just said he likes her back-"
"IT FELT SO UNREAL BITCH HIS LIPS WERE SO SOFT"
"Not softer than my Joshuji's AND DID YOU JUST CALL ME A BITCH?-" "Hannie who are you talking to?"
"SHUA HYUNG! TAEHYUNG KISSED ME"
"Yeah Shua so I was telling the freak that your lips are softer than Taehyung's-"
"You're using my phone again- OH FOR THE LOVE OF JESUS Jeonghan stop attending MY calls what if ITS FROM THE HOSPITAL AND YOU BLABBER SHIT?"
"EXCUSE ME I'M STILL ON THE LINE KEEP YOUR COUPLE FIGHTS FOR SOME OTHER TIME"
"Oops sorry Jungkook-ah, so now you and Tae aren't awkward anymore?"
"Nope!"
"That's amazing! Well then rest early, and sleep well"
"You too hyung, good night!"
"Goodnight kook!"
Jungkook threw himself on the bed, and began rolling around. He was so happy to know Taehyung liked him back- what was he thinking? Taehyung was always in love with him.
To rephrase it, the correct sentence would be, he was happy that he finally realized his feelings for Taehyung.
He unconsciously touched his lips, and the feeling giving him a tingling warm sensation all over his body, it was electric and he loved it. It was about one hour since the whole incident happened, but he was already missing Taehyung.
As much as he'd love to think about the younger, he still had a fever which made him very sleepy. Then he remembered...
"I have a fever... what if Taehyung gets a fever because of me?!"
He was already worried shitless. He called Taehyung and told him he was coming over. He drove as soon as he can to Silverstone.
Taehyung was already waiting by the gate.
"What's wrong Jungkook is there an emergency?" Taehyung sounded worried. He didn't know why Jungkook would want to meet at late night all of a sudden.
"I have a fever"
"Yeah...?"
"And you kissed me"
Taehyung blushed at that statement. He wasn't planning on doing that today. Jungkook's confession was totally unexpected, and he wouldn't stop rambling so he didn't know how to stop him. That was the only way he could think of at that moment.
Taehyung looked away before replying
"S-so?"
"You might get a fever"
Taehyung didn't know Jungkook cared about him to the extent he'd sacrifice his precious sleep and drive all the way here to tell him that.
"I appreciate your concern, but you could have called me.. you didn't have to-"
"I missed you" Jungkook blurted out
Now both their faces were red.
