"Here you are... Kim Taehyung"

Taehyung couldn't move. He clearly knew the owner of the voice, he conformed it was the person everyone were trying to find over the past three years.

"Jisung" Taehyung said when he saw the man. He pushed Soobin to his back, worried he might do something to his son.

"Hey there little one" Jisung said and sniffed the air

"Ohh.. lavender and mowed grass huh, the lavender scent is definitely yours Taehyung. Which means he got the fresh smell of grass from his father, Jungkook-"

"What do you want?" Taehyung said, anger laced in his voice hiding fear. His put his hand in his pocket for his phone.

"Call anyone, and I'll kill you without hesitation"

"I don't care-"

"Oh wait, of course you don't care, you have someone much more important for whom you'd gladly give away your life for" Jisung said and looked at Soobin.

"Don't even think of it" Taehyung said and glared at Jisung

"Then drop the phone"

Taehyung dropped it the next second. Jisung was right, Taehyung had Soobin's life as his first priority before his own. He couldn't call or text anyone.

"What do you want Jisung?"

"You know what I want"

"To kill Jungkook and take his place as alpha? Jungkook is your brother"

"Do you think I care?"

"You should, he's a part of your family-"

"Our parents wanted him to be alpha even though I was the first born! Wasn't I a part of the family?! They made him alpha just because he's a pureblood!!"

"No, that's not why he was made alpha"

"What do you mean?"

"Your father, saw darkness in you, all you want is power and everyone to bow to you, and that's not what a leader should do. He must protect and take care of his own-"

"I don't care, all that matters is that Jungkook is the alpha and I'm not, THAT'S ENOUGH REASON FOR ME TO KILL HIM-" Jisung was stopped by a punch right on his face.

He stood up to wipe the blood on his jaw to see Jungkook standing in front of Taehyung and Soobin.

"So you're surrendering yourself huh" Jisung said and grinned

"I'm not. Like Taehyung said, I'm here to protect my family and I don't have time to be playing around with you. I can kill you in an instant-" Jungkook felt a sharp pain on his neck, it was a small needle.

Jungkook picked it out, and punched Jisung again. The other responded the same way. Jungkook could feel himself get dizzy by the time.

Taehyung found the needle Jungkook threw, he saw the liquid oozing out of it. The smell was something he knew.

"Oh no.."

Taehyung turned to see Jungkook already dizzy. Jisung took that opportunity to beat up Jungkook.

"You're a fucking coward Jisung, to attack someone after weakening them" Taehyung said and ran over and punched Jisung

"Wolfsbane doesn't weaken you..."

Taehyung told himself years back, when the time comes and when he meets Jungkook once again, he wouldn't be the only one to be protected. He wanted to protect Jungkook too. He wouldn't be weak just because he's an omega.

"It'll kill you"

Jisung held Taehyung's neck, locking him between his arms which lead Taehyung to choke. Jungkook couldn't help either, the effect of the wolfsbane was happening and he could lose his life anytime.

"DAD!" a small voice came from a different direction

It was Soobin, captured by rogues whom Taehyung assumed were under Jisung.

On one side, he had his son with the rogues looking like they're about to claw out his neck. On the other side, his mate was slowly dying because of the poison. On top of that, his own life was in danger.

And that's when something triggered inside of him. He could feel the blood rush within his body, he knew the color of his eyes were changing. His wolf ears popped out of his fluffy silver hair, and his tail grew out too. His nails got longer and turned into claws, and his eyes color was now a bright blue. But he wasn't completely converting into his wolf form.

In a second, he threw Jisung on the ground and scratched his chest. Jisung was an alpha too, he obviously had the power to defeat an omega.. but this was different.

Taehyung wasn't in his full human form, nor full wolf form. It was half and half, and he was much more powerful which no one had ever seen.

Jisung pushed Taehyung, but he was punched again.

"Dad!" Soobin yelled when the rogue's claw was on his neck

Taehyung stopped fighting Jisung, and ran to take on the two rogues. In a flash, they were both dead. Taehyung did not notice that Jisung took that opportunity to run away.

Taehyung ran over to Soobin and dragged him over to an unconscious Jungkook lying on the grass. He immediately searched for his phone which he dropped earlier...

"Yes Tae-"
