Chapter one
Ava

I stood behind the sobbing people, lost in thought as i stared at my mother's casket being lowered into the ground as more people cried. I looked around seeing men and women in black, some men crying and some holding a sad smile on their faces probably remembering sweet memories of my mother.

How pathetic.

I turned around and started heading towards my motorcycle needing to get away from all the feelings. They disgust me.

As im pulling the keys from my back pocket a hand catches mine.

I look up slowly from the hand, narrowing my eyes at the familiar green eyes.

I froze, remembering those eyes that looked at me in such love before. But now, nothing but coldness.

I snapped out of my trance after a few moments, realising the dickhead still hasn't removed his hand.

"Don't. Touch. Me." I said as i snatched my hand from Mason,

my supposed older brother.

He looked taken aback a little but quickly recovered "Avalina" he said with a cold tone, looking at me blankly.

"Mason" i said in the same tone as his, Mockingly.

His eyes narrowed at my tone, probably thinking where did the eight year old sweat Ava go? Well she's in fucking hell.

"Come with me" he said with a blank expression already turning around, expecting me to follow him.

I scoffed. "As if"

I waited a bit then I pulled out my Harley keys and hoped on, inserted the keys in the ignition and turned it successfully on not caring to look back.

The engine roared alive, startling some of the people grieving on my mother's death.

"Mommy why are we leaving daddy?" I said as i pouted while looking at my mom through the backseat of the car, struggling through the seatbelt. Ugh.

My mommy looked at my frown and chuckled lowly "don't worry about it baby, today is your last day seeing your father. Might as well forget about him." My mommy said.

I don't understand why i need to forget my daddy he is nice, and he buys me ice-cream. I looked down as tears welled up in my eyes. "But mommy what about my siblings, Mason and Lucas are very nice A-Arthur may be a little mean but he's good! I know it!. can we-"

"Stop it Ava! I told you forget about them and that's what you're going to do!" My mom yelled, she never yelled at me. A tear escaped my eye as i looked at my mom holding the wheel tightly while looking ahead.

I drove to my house while thinking about the last day i saw my brothers and father, today when i saw Mason, it triggered memories that I'd like to keep hidden. After all, they are the people who completely abounded me for nine years. Nine fucking years! They didn't even try to reach out.
