19-The black hood

The black hood had been calling Betty for a while now. She had cut Veronica and Jughead out of her life and was more miserable then ever. The only person that knew was Archie Andrews. This was keeping the black hood from killing people but she was crying every night. When they had a party everyone took jingle jangle but Betty and all their parents and kids were having a meeting today. Everyone knew about her and Jugheads breakup it was quite obvious considering her low ponytail and mascara under her eyes from crying but no one cared but Archie.

When the meeting stated she heard Kevin say Bughead was no more and that's when she couldn't take it anymore. She ran upstairs and she was stomping around. Throwing books,tipped over her desk,messed up her bed and broke shelves off the walls all while screaming and crying.

Everyone was very worried about her to say the least. As she came down everyone stared at her and she was oblivious to all of it. People had looks of sympathy but also anger which wasn't helping. Then her phone rang. Lollipop lollipop oh lolly lolly lolly lollipop! Archie new exactly what it was he was staring at Betty as she had a look of fear and eventually answers it

(On the phone call)
BH-hello Betty
B-what do you want now?
BH-Archie Andrews cut him out or I kill him.
B-what did he do?
BH-He slept with miss Grundy who I also killed.
B-I knew you did but he didn't do anything wrong!
BH-oh yes he did he's bad for you,you gave 1 day.
B-no please.
BH-or I can kill him.
B-fine!
(End of phone call)

Betty looked eyes with Archie. And eventually spoke up,
"Archie I'm sorry"
"No betty you can't do this"
"I have to you know the deal"
"First V then Jug now me he's torturing you Betty"
"Shut up Archie"
"Only if you let me stay"
"No Archie I can't let anyone else get hurt".
"Just stop him Betty".
"I can't he's stopped while I've been doing this".
"Once we find him he is getting killed himself".
"Just stop Archie and dint talk to me".

By now everyone was in shock and Betty in tears and then her phone went off again lollipop lollipop oh lolly lolly lolly lolly lollipop. Everyone looked at her again trying to listen to the conversation. This one wasn't telling her to do anything but to find the sugar man. She was writing things in a notebook. It said sugar man,cleanse and sinners.

After the phone call she went back in and stared at Archie and announced "you know what he wants to play a game, I don't stop without winning". Everyone looked confused and she ran upstairs.

When she came back down she was fully dressed in black with the black hood he gave her and a knife. She strutted past everyone,everyone was in shock until Archie stood up and grabbed the knife out if her hands.

"Arch what are you doing?"
"You can't do this!"
"Your the one who told me to stop,I am going to find him".
"He has a gun for gods sake and where did you even get this?"
"He gave it to me when I asked who he was".
"Betty just stop talking to him".
"You know I can't do that he will kill you,Polly,V,Jug,Kevin,Cheryl and he's already killed miss Grundy and it's all my fault".
"It's not Betty come on".

Everyone tried to comfort her but the black hood killed again and again. Nothing would please him ever,not even someone's life.
