MIKE POV
I had broken up with Lily. She didn't take it well, she threatened to hurt Eleven. Guess she really was a bitch... But I wouldn't let her ever hurt Eleven. Just because El doesn't love me anymore doesn't mean I don't love her. I'll fight for her and protect her like she saved me all those times. She really is amazing. She's strong kind and really really amazing. I can't put in words how much I love her. She had been staying back here for about a week. Luckily Joyce was staying. El was staying with Max while Joyce stayed with us. El just didn't want to be in the same house as me I guess. It was fair. I walked to Max's place knocking on the door. Max slammed it shut on my hand after seeing me. It got a bit swollen but wasn't too bad. I tried again, but this time El answered. I smiled. "Wh-What do you want Mike?" she asked me in a tone that cut my heart into peices. I felt like I was breaking. El was my entire world. She was my life and my afterlife. Sje was everything to me. I just wanted her back. If only she felt the same way. I sighed walking away without saying anything tears in my eyes. I heard her mutter the word "Weird..." it hurt so much. Dammit. Why did this have to happen. All because I was so selfish. I was so selfish and alone since El lived far. I guess I just did something stupid and now I've lost the most important thing to me. I guess I'll be single forever. Since no girl will ever compare to my sweet El. Eleven was perfect in every way and I can't replace her.
