Over Her

Sora entered his house and beamed to his bedroom. All these emotions he thought disappeared, was still lurking, but he tried to fight it by convincing himself that he's doesn't love her anymore. 'Don't break down, Sky. You're over her, remember? She's still your best friend. It's gonna be okay.'

He took a few deep breaths. Even though it calmed him down, he knew deep down he was just lying to himself. He still has feelings for her. He didn't think it would be this hard to get over her. Sora had to gather his thoughts for a few minutes.

His sister, Kanon, knocked on the door. "Bro! Are you okay? Mom said you didn't say hi to her." He opened the door. "Tell her I said sorry, I was just changing." She shook her head. "Okay, well dinner is ready so hurry up." She went back upstairs. Sora gets a text from Maddy.

Maddy: sooo were u in a rush? orrr
Sora: I didn't mean to do that, srry
Maddy: what's wrong?
Sora: Idk
Maddy: well I have something to get off my chest but I rather tell u in person. Is that ok?
Sora: sure we can talk
Maddy: I'll let u know when I'm free
Sora: K

That text left him curious. "Something to get off her chest? Does she want to confess?" Sora heads to the bathroom and strips off his beach clothes. He takes a nice, steamy shower to wash off the sand off of him. 15 minutes later, he gets out the shower and brushes his teeth.

He gets a FaceTime call from Stoud. "Sup Stoud", he say with the toothbrush still in his mouth. He notices Stoud is smiling more than usual. "I've seen that TikTok of you and the baddie and um..." he tries his best not to laugh. "...y'all fúckin yet? BHAHAHA!" Sora roll his eyes. "So funny, haha...", he says sarcastically.

Jared is laughing in the background. "Aight, y'all done yet?" Sora is about to end the call. "Nah, wait, wait, wait," Stoud clears his throat. "So y'all are not dating? Cuz I feel like you hidin something from us." Sora nods. "I told you already, it's not like that." Jared pops up next to Stoud. "You cappin, bro."

"I'm not" Sora rinses his mouth off. Stoud starts giggling. "So if y'all aren't dating, that means she's not givin you any uh..." Stoud makes a 'jerking off' gesture with his hand. "Y'all are disgusting." Jared and Stoud couldn't stop laughing, so he ended the call. He gets a random thought about Y/n doing that to him and starts turning red. "Stop thinking, stop thinking, stop thinking..."
