Imperfection

PROLOGUE: INTRODUCTION

Hello! I am Blair Aria M. Garcia, a 15-year-old girl born on August 10. I'm also a grade 8th student that studies at San Beda College Alabang. People see me as a kind, talented and smart girl, they often call me "Beauty and Brains" which makes my heart flutter a lot. 

I've been studying in SBCA since grade 1 with my siblings. I have 2 older brothers, the eldest is Blake Axl Garcia and my second brother is Blue Garcia. Kuya Blake is a grade 10 student who is a very soft and caring person although he may look or act tough on the outside while Kuya Blue is a very active person especially in games, recitations, and many more activities. He is the "playful" one then Kuya Blake is the "playboy" type.. which is kind of true. Our mom told us that we are very blessed for being smart and having such pretty and handsome faces and we are very thankful for that. My mom is a beauty queen and a lawyer at the same time, cool right? My dad is a surgeon that met my mom through his friends.

I'll now introduce my best friend, her name is Chrysse Tamatha Rodriguez. Some people call her 'Tammy'. She's been my best friend since grade 1, we met during a math and science quiz bee. Chrysse is a funny and entertaining person, she doesn't even want to see a single frown on your face. I also have a lot of friends but I suppose I can't introduce them all so I'll just introduce some of them. I have a boy bestfriend named Chris Sean Esquivel, I call him Sean. We met through Kuya Blue when I was in grade 4 and they were in grade 5, we eventually got closer and closer ever since then. My last close friend is Keala Jean Torres, we are close too but not as close as me and Tammy. We're just in the same group of friends and she is someone that I trust.

I want to be a lawyer or anything that is related to the law because it's what I am interested for now. My mom and her friends are also lawyers so it excites me to think that I want to be one too when I grow up. Kuya Blake has the same dream as mine pero he has 3 choices: pilot, engineer and lawyers. He still hasn't pick one though, grade 10 na siya so he should hurry picking. Kuya Blue want to be a doctor naman like our Dad however, ang gusto niya lang is maging psychiatrist not a surgeon.

Do you want to know something about our love lives? I don't really have that much to tell but in the meantime my bestfriend Tammy likes Kuya Blake...but I don't think my brother feels the same because he wanted to focus more on his family and the sports he's playing. Kuya Blue isn't really interested in relationships too because he's more focused in studies and things like that. I think Sean likes someone but he doesn't want to tell me about it, secret lang daw. Kea has a crush on one of my brother's classmates but kind of forgot his name. Me? I think I'm also crushing on someone although it's just a happy crush. He's a grade 10th student who's acquainted with Kuya Blake and he's in the same group of friends with Kea's crush, I just think that Aaron is very cool and all. I often see him participating in events when playing basketball, he also sings well and has good looks but I don't think he's doing well with his studies.

We just arrived home from school, pagod na pagod sila Kuya kasi galing sila sa practice. They have a game tomorrow afternoon.

After I showered someone called me, it was Sean.

"Hello! Nakauwi na kayo?"

"Yes, we just arrived"

"You should rest, ichecheer mo pa ako bukas, diba?"

"Why would I?" Pagloloko ko.

"Luh, promise mo yon ah. Scammer ka! Manonood ka lang bukas eh"

"Okay, okay I'll make a banner. My friends will hold it tomorrow, okay? I have to take pictures for grades, photography club eh"

"It's fine, as long as ikaw yung gumawa" He chuckled
