As he unzips my dress, a shiver goes down my spine and my heart beats a little faster. This isn't supposed to happen with Noel. We never had any sexual tension like this before. This only happened to me with guys like Ian, older and mature. When he finishes unzipping it, he decides not to move his hand and I just stand there for a second with his hand gently on my back. I swear he was moving it lower, but time was going by slowly. Reality hits me and I turn and slap his hand away,
"You're welcome!" he says and I roll my eyes.
He is trying to play it off like that didn't just happen. I know I wasn't the only one feeling it.

I casually slip out of my dress,
"Do you have a shirt I can borrow?"
Nothing. No response. It was as if he never saw a girl in her bra and underwear before.
"Hello? I need a shirt. Earth to Noel."
"Oh. Oh right! Sorry..sorry."
He was looking at me with those ocean blue eyes. Wait, Noel has blue eyes? Wow, I never noticed.

He got a shirt out of one of the drawers and handed it to me. Our hands were touching and we didn't move them. We end up finding each other's eyes again and this was it. It was going to happen whether either of us wanted it to or not. We both move closer so that our bodies are almost touching, but they aren't which makes the tension a thousand times worse.

I'm not as drunk as I was anymore, so if anything happened he wouldn't be taking advantage of me. I can think straight. He leans in and puts his hand on the side of my face. We're so close to kissing, probably about two inches from each other's lips, but he hasn't yet. Maybe he's a little scared that he won't be good enough for Alison DiLaurentis. I'll help this happen. I mean, just so I can see if he is any good.

I whisper to him something that'll probably send his hormones raging. It works on everyone else.
"I know you wanna kiss me."
