Mortals Meet Percabeth

Jack Hart: Part 2

Jack Hart's POV: 

I still don't believe that Percy has a girlfriend.

I mean homeroom is almost over and no new student has come yet. I was just about to turn behind and tell Percy that I don't think his 'real' girlfriend is coming when the door opened and a tall girl stepped in. She was beautiful. She had honey blonde curls which were tied up in a simple ponytail. She had a tall, athletic figure and she had a tan as though she spent all her life playing in the sun. Basically, she looked like a stereotypical California girl. Except for her eyes. Her eyes weren't blue or something. They were a stormy shade of grey that seemed as though they were analyzing everyone's weaknesses and how to take them down in a fight. 

She said to the teacher 'Oh my gods. I am sorry I'm late. I ran into some trouble on the way to school. I'm the new transfer student'

'Ah, yes come dear it's quite alright. Please introduce yourself to the class' Miss Carter replied, giving her one of her A+ Student smiles. ' Ok.' She walked and stood in front of the class and said as if she had memorized it, ' Hi my name is Annabeth Chase. I am a transfer student from San Francisco and I transferred here to New York so I could be closer to my mom and my friends.''Thank you Annabeth, you may take a seat next to Mr Jackson there.' Miss Carter smiled. Annabeth came and sat next to Percy and they both smiled at each other. Just then the bell rang and we all went out of the room for the next period. 

                    ---- Just a tiny time skip to when they're outside the classroom-----

Percy turned around and was hand in hand with Annabeth and said ' Well, Jack, meet my very real girlfriend Annabeth Chase.' 'Wait, this is your girlfriend?' I ask, dumbfounded.  ' yup,' He answers, putting a hand across her shoulders in a protective way. 'You must be Jack.' She said, with a hint of distaste in her voice. 

'Uhh...' I say, like a dumb person. 

Before I knew it, Percy had said bye to me and was walking away with Annabeth Chase, the most beautiful girl who I had ever laid eyes on...
