It was 3:00 am in the morning when I wake up ,I feel the touch of my tears flowing down on my face while holding a picture frame," I miss his eyes,his pointed nose , his breathe and the touch of his lips on mine" and my tears overflow when I remember those days when we are together and the lat word he say " Until we meet again"
Sunny morning of May 3,2015 when a girl walking at the plaza , she is wearing a beautiful dress that fits to the color of her skin that pale as white, she has a straight long black hair ,cute eyes that easily catch anyone ,a kissable colored pink lips and a pointed nose, She was walking on the Plaza when she collided with a guy they both fell down on the ground, She immediately got up and patted her dress .As she picked up her shoulder bag, unexpectedly they held their hands at the same time as her heartbeat quickened and dripping her sweat she couldn't help but stare into the guy that has a masculine body wearing a black v neck shirt paired with a black pants,he has a red as an apple colored lips, a pointed nose and a rare blue narrow eyes.
"I'm sorry" the guy apologize to the girl,"No it's okay" the girl answered, she was about to live when the guy asked another question " by the way what's your name?" He asked, " Ahmm I am Leticia Fernandez" she said "how about you?" the girl asked the guy " I am Nixon Anderson" he answered ,
after they know they name they immediately turn their face at back and create a wide space.
It's been a week when they didn't saw their both face together, but unexpected happened when ,Leticia is going to borrow a book on the library , she search the book on every shelves and she also asked the librarian for her to find the book easier ,"the book you find was on the last corner of the library" the librarian tell Leticia where to find the book she was searching for ,she goes on the last corner of the library , the book was on the highest place and she cant get the book because she is short, Leticia got shock when someone get the book she thought that the person will also borrow the book , but a blushed form on her cheeks when the guy caught her arms and and give the book to her, Leticia was even more surprised when she saw the man's appearance and she already know the guy "you're Nixon" she said,Nixon smiled as he scratched his head, Leticia also smiled at him,Leticia was about to leave when nixon spoke and invited her to eat .When they finished eating at Taize Restaurant they left the restaurant,Nixon asked for Leticia's phone number, she was ashamed to give it at first but she got forced by Nixon so that she gave her phone number to him.
When leticia got home she immediately went up to her room,she took a shower and wear on her sleeping clothes.Then she lay on her bed.After that day Leticia felt something that she never feel before , a feeling that she can't say but her heart can.
She wake up early in the morning, before getting up she yawned and there was a smile on her face, Leticia stood up and slowly opened the curtain, after that she immediately went down to eat breakfast, Leticia is eating when her phone rang , and she received a message , A message from Nixon , "hi Leticia are you free today? I have something to tell you ,when you will go let's meet in Amsterdam plaza " a tremor welled up in her chest as she read the message. Then after she immediately dressed up and left their house.
As she approached the plaza the nervousness in her chest doubled, when she saw Nixon she immediately smiled at him and walked to the place where Nixon is. They sitting on the bench and it's very quiet around, Nixon speak first , "Leticia I like you", she felt ashamed when she heard what Nixon said ,she also confess her feeling too, then Nixon had a smiled on his face when he heard that she likes him too. After they confess their feelings , Nixon asked Leticia if he can court her, her smiled widened as answer to Nixon.
Nixon took a year courting Leticia and he always says to her that he would wait no matter what.One day everything changed because Nixon stopped picking and delivering Leticia to their house he didn't even text and call or send a letter,and she also thought he might be tired and looking for someone else. Leticia was always alone in her walk, and since they had not seen each other for a long time, Leticia decided to forget about Nixon.She was walking in the plaza when she saw the familiar man, "it was Nixon " she said, she tried to avoid Nixon but she was blocked by him, he asked her if they could talk for a while.
"For what ? you leave me? But I can't do anything because you're not my boyfriend, maybe you are tired of courting me", Leticia is crying while she speaking, Nixon would have wiped Leticia tears when she avoided it, "let me explain" he said, Nixon's tears were slowly falling as he started to speak," sorry if I don't take you anymore, pick you up, walk with you, yes I avoid you but not because I'm tired, I'm just scared Leticia that when you know I'm sick you'll leave me , so I do not show you because I am sick, yes I have a cancer",a lot of tears fell from Leticia's eyes when she heard what Nixon said.
"Why didn't you say that Nixon, I will still love you. I will not leave you so now I answer you yes ,yes , you took a years of courtship, you deserve me Nixon please be my boyfriend , I will take care of you, I love you",
Nixon removed his cap, it showed his bald head while saying "would you still like me, this is me, thin and bald, do you still love me?" . Leticia didn't flinch anymore and she kissed nixons' lips, and said "no matter what you look like, you lost weight, I will love you, I will always love you all of my heart" The two of them hugged, and nixon kissed her on her forehead.
They are always together,they have made the most of every second, hour, minute and days together.
But one day Leticia suddenly became weak when she found out that nixon was in the hospital, she immediately went to the hospital,
as she walked closer to Nixon's room, her tears were slowly drippin with her knees were shaking,when she opened the hospital room door Leticia's tears doubled when she saw nixon's family cryin, her tears still flowed when she saw Nixon fainting, he was lying on the hospital bed while closing his eyes , she also saw that tears were coming out of the side of Nixon eye.
Leticia approached him and held his hands, when nixon felt leticia holding him , he immediately spoke, "L-leticia, ii- love y-you, always tt- take good c-care of y-yourself, u-until we m-meet again."
Leticia burst into tears when nixon completely lost consciousnes.
He was buried a few days after his death.
" I can't accept what happened, why him?" , I just cry in my room all the time I don't even go out of the room after that day it all happened , he's my first love but he took right away.
From then on I promised I would never love again, Nixon was the only man in my heart, and I will never forget him, the man I will love first and last. until we meet again.
