Play For You

I smiled as I sat in bed reading my book the covers tightly around me, my blanket around my close too the window open with the sweet birds tweeting by the window as they eat from the bird feeder by the window, Atlas was sat on the bed with me against my leg. I had been hearing various noises from downstairs but I didn't even worry about it I know Asa has a habit of being a little noisy and such when he's playing his games in his room and such like in our house. I continued with my book for a good while until the bedroom door opened and I saw lyra she came across to the bed jumping on and sitting with me "Hello darling" I smiled gently petting her soft fluffy hair, she often comes and visits me in my bedroom when I read, they both do they like coming to visit and snuggling in my bed,

"Uhhh y/n?" I heard making me look up to the door seeing asa stood there in his loose fitting blue shirt and his little striped shorts with his guitar slightly hidden behind him

"Hello asa, something the matter?" I asked him putting my bookmark on the page and putting the book down on my legs

"I uhh I wanted to give you something" He smiled fixing his hair "If I could?"

"Oh of course" I smiled nodding he smiled widely coming into my bedroom and perching on the corner of my bed

"I was uhh wondering if I could Uhh play for you?" He offers putting his guitar on his lap

"Aww asa, I would I like that" I nodded

"You would?" He asks and I nodded "Okay" He smiled checking it was all tuned and begging to play it was a very pretty tune, so peaceful and sweet, he seemed so nervous but happy to play for me and I thought in all honesty it was adorable he wanted to play for me until he finished up blushing hard so I gave him a little applause

"That was beautiful asa"

"You mean it?"

"Of course I do, I've never head that song before"

"No well I uhh... I wrote it for you"

"You wrote me a song?"

"I did, I thought it would make you happy"

"Well it did" I smiled giving his cheek a kiss "Very much so"

"Uhh y/n?" He asks

"Yes asa?"

"Would uhh, Would you like to be my Valentine?"

"Awww, asa of course I would" I smiled giving him a hug

"wait! you mean it!" He asked excitedly and I nodded he smiled throwing his guitar on my bed and hugging me very tightly "I promise I'll take you to the best restaurant in London, we'll get all dressed up, well get some great wine, some sweet ice cream, I'll get you the most beautiful flowers and it'll be the best date of your life I promise" he smiled excitedly

"Really?"

"Really. I mean it. its going to be the best date ever" He smiled giving my head a kiss.
