Since her family made her life hell
She wanted something to ease all the pain and stress
So she tried drugs and alcohol
Sadly it started when she was 10
So early and so young
She was at a park
She didn't know what the he'll she was doing
But she had a pipe, weed, and a lighter
That her brother gave her
And that's all she needed
So she sat at the end of the field
And lit it up
In that moment
That's the moment her life fell apart
And that's how she got into it
It did ease the pain
And life became less stressful
But now every time she has a hard time in life
That's what she uses
And it kills her
Inside and outside
Yet why can't she stop?
Because she was tired of crying every night
Having her pillow sopping wet
And having tears surround her
She didn't want anymore sadness so she took away the feeling
Along with any sort of feeling she has every had
And it destroys her
Still she smiles
