Her mother and father cheat on each other
And they both know that the other one is cheating
Yet they won't get a divorce
And they know that that's was she wants
She wants them to get a divorce
Yet they won't and never will
She came home one night
After a big game that everyone was celebrating
Her fathers team won and he was having a good time
Drunk of course
But when she got home she wasn't going to get yelled at like usual
Instead she walks upstairs
And notices that her father and another women are having sex
But she knows it's not her mother
Because her mother is gone on business
So she walks to her room
And listens to music
Because this wasn't something new to her
And to be quite honest she wasn't that shocked
She got home from the beach
Her mother was suppose to be at a meeting
Which wasn't unusual
Because of how many hours her mother worked
Instead she comes home to her mother having sex with a co-worker
And to this she was surprised
Because she didn't know her mother was a whore
So she walked back out to the beach
And didn't know what to do next
She has had horrible examples of love in her life
And so from that day forward
She promised herself she would never marry
And never have children to put them through the same misery as she was in
She vowed she wouldn't love
Because she simply didn't know how to
Still she smiles
