Melissa’s POV

We were at the airport saying goodbye to the boys. They’re officially going on tour. It’s only November 28th yet they need to get there to rehearse and sound check and all. I was so upset that I couldn’t see him until August thanks to Liam’s math. They boarded the plane and I felt my heart shatter. I looked at my ring and smiled. September 5th….September 5th…..only until then. We left the airport and I looked at Mint who looked sick.

“Need to puke now?” I laughed.

She nodded and ran into the bathroom and I heard woman screaming and shrieking.

“I’M NOT THAT UGLY!” Mint yelled.

“Yeah right!” I heard someone say.

I sprinted into the bathroom to find Mint biting a woman’s arm. “MINT DOWN GIRL!”

She released her grip and backed away and threw up on the woman. “Good girl.” I laughed.

We left the airport and drove home. We got back home where I found my living room window broken. I told Mint to stay in the car and I walked into the house and found a rock broke the window. I unwrapped it and screamed in anger.

Watch over Mint……something might happen to the baby

I curled up in a ball and just cried. I couldn’t deal with this. Harry’s gone and I have to protect myself, Mint, and her child from whoever is threatening us. Mint came in and she noticed me crying. I felt the note still in my hand and I ran to the fireplace and started a fire and threw the note inside watching it burn. Along with my hopes of raising a family.

“What is going on?” Mint asked.

“Act like were just talking about funny stuff.” I said pretending to laugh.

“Why?” Mint said pretending to laugh.

“Because we’re being watched.” I said.

“What?” Mint said holding her sides like she is laughing too hard.

I explained to her the whole thing yesterday and her hands went to her stomach.

“What do we do?” Mint asked holding her sides.

“Let’s call the boys asking for security guards. I’ll lie and say that we were egged. I’ll tell the guards the truth though.” I said.

We went up to our rooms and my phone went off and it was the girl. “Hello?”

I heard a gunshot and I dove to the ground.

“Oh, how I love scaring you.” The girl said.

“You son of a-“another gunshot went off.

“Shush it. I have Mint right in my sight and she’s just standing there holding her stomach.”

I ran into Mint’s room and grabbed her before a bullet went through the window. I ran us to the bathroom and closed the door, locked it, and put us in the tub closing the shower curtain.

I hung up on her and called Liam.

            “Hey, is everything okay.”

“We need security guards here! Now!” I sobbed.

            “Why?” Liam said sounding scared.

“I CAN’T SAY! GET BLOODY SECURITY GUARDS HERE NOW!” I sobbed.

“Mel, stay on the line. Is Mint okay? Are any of you hurt?” Liam asked.

I heard the boys running up to the phone. “YOU’RE ON SPEAKER!” Louis yelled.

“N-N-No, oh God. There’s a psycho girl shooting up the house. She almost got Mint but I pulled Mint back in time.” I was sobbing and sniffling.

“How long has this been happening?” Zayn asked. He was crying.

“Um, since Lila came over!” I said.

“Oh God, look Paul called some police out there to get to your house.” Harry said. God, he was sobbing so hard.

I heard the door downstairs bust open and I covered Mint’s mouth before she yelped.

“Shh, someone’s in the house.” I said.

I got Mint and I out of the tub and started opening the bathroom window. Our window was an entrance to the roof. A simple walk on and climb down. I looked over and saw a tree I can climb down. I led Mint out slowly and followed her lead. I saw police cars coming our way and I heard the bathroom door break down and I saw a ginger headed girl. She had a shotgun and I looked at Mint. Mint jumped to the tree and was safe away from her, yet she kept her eyes focused on me. I stepped back and noticed there was no roof there so I plummeted to the ground that was 10 feet away from me.
